My wife and I took our 2017 Ford Edge for service. Two minutes after we pulled over, the assistant manager approached us and inquired of our needs. Our car was left with her for service. We were directed to go to the spacious waiting room. Later, the assistant manager came and escorted us to the customer service for payment while explaining to us the abc of great health for our suv.
This was my second time dealing with this dealership and purchasing my second car . Im hoping to do more business in the furture. Very good experience

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
Huggins was my Dealership for service. So when needing to buy another car; there was no other dealership in mind. I had some issues with past credit, so the process was longer than I had anticipated, but all in all and with the great team at Huggins, Gus and Yvette - I'm driving my new Honda and in budget. Vandergriffs service is always good, went in for a new tire. It was quick got a wash and was out within 2 hours. It was fast.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Great service! I had an appt scheduled for oil change & tire rotation but in mean time I had another appt come up & didnt want to cancel. I spoke with service tech about having another appt & ask if it was possible to be finished in a short time so I could make the other appt....not only did they complete both jobs but had me out the door in 30 minutes!!! Great customer service!!! Definitely recommend Classic Chevrolet for all your auto needs!!!

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. I have already recommended two other people here, one being my brother who also worked with Nicole to purchase his car. This all happened in two days! I HIGHLY recommend Driver??? Select and my girl Nicole who hooked me up!!

I raise service dogs and require enough room for a large crate. Many other SUV's are too rounded in the rear to fit a crate and carry four passengers. The Explorer fits all of this very nicely. Great SUV all around.
I give this rating 5 stars because as soon as I arrived the front desk guy greeted me and told he'll have someone right over to help me. Within a few minutes a sell's rep "Marcelo Palomo" came over to help me. What I loved about this was that he never pressured me at anytime he showed me the car I wanted and gave me other options to choose from he even help me with the financial question, I love that I was about to negotiate the price which gave me the confidence I need to buy the car. Thanks at for everything especially my sells guy Marcelo Palomo.
