This is a review regarding Vincenzo Russo specifically, otherwise I just may have been in another Cadillac ATS lease. Visited and Purchased - March 2016 My wife and I were in the Stamford area for some errands and decided to cruise on by Stamford Ford to check out the Ford Edge's as I knew that it would be a good size for my wife + the Edge Sport with the 2.7l twin turbo would satisfy my requirements of being fun to drive. From the moment we walked in I knew Vincenzo was the right salesman for me. I really do not have much patience for salesman that do not know the entire product line and who do not love their job. Vincenzo put my wife at ease with offerings of coffee and just all around niceties that are often taken for granted in today's fast paced world. I explained to Vincenzo that I was mainly interested in the Edge Sport as I wanted the 2.7l engine, Vincenzo knew the car inside out and was even able to quote me some 0-60 mph times from the enthusiast magazines. Vincenzo showed us a few Edge Sports and we finally settled on a Tri-Coat White 2015 leftover that was fully loaded. Vincenzo explained to my wife all of the safety features and how it was top rated in crash tests which pretty much sealed the deal with my wife, I was just interested in the performance #'s. Anyway, at the end of the day Vincenzo really sealed the deal and we feel like we got a great deal, a win win for both. I will most definitely be purchasing/leasing my Lincoln MKS from Stamford Ford Lincoln once my current lease expires in 5 months. Vincenzo is a great representative of your Co. and we are very happy to have met him, He is one of the Good Guys. PS; We purchased/leased in mid March. I had a minor health issue right after that, otherwise this review would have been done in March. Thus the title, "Better Late Than Never"

Mr Franchella is accessible friendly and amazing.His employees; Clay Morsey helped me find our Explorer.He was patient and just awesome. My experience was/is always great. That's why we buy our cars from Ford of Branford. I needed a ride home and John brought me right home. Husband came home and we went and got the car. Sure do wish the washing and cleaning of the cars was something that happened. Cost was to high I guess. Maybe is you put a cost to repairs you could clean and wash the cars. Example: for car repairs over say $500.00 you get a wash and interior vacuum. Just an incentive for customers I was thinking. Staff are the best people around always friendly and very prompt. The most amazing customer service I've ever had, I bought a 2016 Mustang in Pennsylvania and 3 days later the car was breaking down on me, so I called the Ford dealership next to where I live in Mahopac and they told me that I would have to wait more than a week until I even had an appointment, let alone the time it would've taken them to fix my car, so I hung up and called Brewster Ford. A very nice woman answered the phone and got me an appointment that day. I came in, dropped my car off and 20 minutes later I get a phone call and the man in service(I believe his name is Dino) told me he got the car fixed up and ready to go! I will never go to Mahopac again. I will always drive the extra 30 minutes to Brewster Ford, they're amazing!!! Thank you so much!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

From the second I walked in the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful! I decided to sit and talk with a salesman by the name of Tony Aiello. Tony was the picture of professionalism. Tony had the answer to every question I had, he seemed to know the cars better than Ford! Tony took me around the lot and showed me several different models of the Truck I was looking for explaining to me the differences between each.The leasing process was very quick and straight forward and I never felt like they were trying to get one over on me! The finance manager Tom Lumley was very kind and understood that I had a family to get home to so he went as quickly through the process while still making sure I understood what I was signing and why. Overall my experience was second to none and I will most certainly come back for my next vehicle!

I walked into Sayville Ford about a month ago looking for an F-150. I was only interested in one with a special editions. I was first greeted by a man named Pete who was very friendly and welcomed me right away. Next, I was directed towards John, a salesman who is extremely knowledgeable about the F150. At first, we could not find one that was in my price range or had the extras that I wanted. After weeks of John repeatedly searching for my truck we finally found one in Massachusetts. John pushed for Sayville Ford to purchase the truck, so I can lease it out (at a payment that I told him I needed it to be). He went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. After, I sat down in the finance office with Tom and had a great time cracking sarcastic jokes to one another. Finally, John delivered the car to me with professionalism. He didnt just say here's the car and go. John took his time, even after he was supposed to be out by 9pm, to go over everything. Overall my experience with Sayville Ford was the best dealer experience I've ever had. All of the gentlemen who helped me were stand up professionals and made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I decided purchase a new car, I dreaded the thought of the old "dealing with the car salesperson" experience. So I prepared myself mentally and embarked on the journey of shopping around at every Ford dealership I could find in a 60 mile radius. Needless to say, I encountered a lot of characters. Most of them were either shady, overly aggressive, indifferent, rude, or a special mix of all those qualities. Sayville Ford was the last dealership I visited - because it was the farthest (53 miles from my house). I put on my "mental armor" as I was pulling into the parking lot, remembering all the horrible experiences I've been having so far, and saying to myself "Ok. This is the last one on the list. Lets just get this over with." As I entered the impressive showroom, I was immediately disarmed by the warm smile and friendly handshake accompanied greeting from Marianna Lomuto. Immediately I could sense she was not like the others. As we conversed there were no high pressure sales tactics, no awkward moments, and no points in time where I felt like "I gotta get out of here." She made me feel like I was just talking to a helpful family member who genuinely cared about me and my satisfaction. She patiently took her time to answer any questions I might have and she also worked with me to get me the best price out of all the dealerships I visited. The whole time I was kicking my self thinking, "I should have just came here first. I would have saved all that time and stress." I factory ordered the car and it was delivered to me ridiculously quick - less than 1 month. Marianna stayed in contact with me the whole time by email, keeping me posted on the progress every week. When it came time to pick up the car, she made the whole process of trading in my old car for the new one quick and painless. She also gave me the best price for the trade-in out of all the others. The time came to sign the final paperwork and she introduced me to Tom. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He had me cracking up the whole time. Tom is the kind of guy you would love to have a drink with at the bar on a Friday night. He was great. After we took care of the paperwork, Marianna took me out to my beautiful new car and took the time to patiently explain how all the functions inside worked. She even helped me connect my phone to the radio - something which, being not so tech savvy, I was having problems with. After she made sure I was comfortable and knew how everything worked, she congratulated me, told me to enjoy my new car, and said I should come back and visit some time. She also reminded me that the first oil change is free and said to make sure I say hi when I come around for it. If I could give this dealership and especially Marianna 10 stars I would. They are definitely the diamond in the rough. If you're going anywhere else you are definitely missing out. But if you're smart enough to go to Sayville Ford, make sure you deal with Marianna - you won't regret it. When you do, tell her Reuven says hi.

Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!
