Upon contacting Palm Bay Ford via email, Dave Pariso responded almost immediately. He was very accommodating to our schedule, as we had to reschedule our visit to look at the car twice. Upon arrival, we discovered that Dave had the car detailed and waiting for us to drive. Before our test drive, he gave us a brief overview of the key features of the car and a little bio of himself and his experience in the automotive field. The entire sales process was very smooth until we met with the finance manager, Justin Jarek. During the closing, several pieces of the paperwork were not correct and had to be edited by hand. His presentation of the extended warranty was a bit too aggressive and my wife said she did not feel comfortable dealing with him. That being said, after spending over 30 years in the dealership world myself, the F & I experience is rarely pleasant. Overall, we would definitely recommend Palm Bay Ford and especially Dave Pariso, to our friends and family. We LOVE the car!
