I finally pulled the plug and decided to trade in my F150 for a new model. I had usually worked with Mike Bower, but he was on vacation and had Eric Anderson all lined up to answer his sales calls. Eric worked with me, and I ended up leasing a 2018 Ford explorer. My experience was nothing but excellent, and Eric's no-how on the technical aspect was VERY helpful. Just traded in our Mazda for a Ford Edge, Van Horn (Robert and team) gave us a very fair deal on the trade-in, great in communication and working with us to find a solution that met our budget.

I sent an inquire for a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with great mileage and price and Jamie got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Once at Zeck, Jamie introduced me to Cliff who help me sign the paperwork to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and assisted me during the rest of the transaction. Cliff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process and worked with management to get a couple of issues resolved on the car before completing the transaction. Since the price was best in hundreds of miles a and they took care of issues discovered during the pre purchase inspection, no need to haggle. Financing was very smooth too. I came in with pre-approved financing and Zeck found a lower rate. As expected the finance person (unluckily don't remember the name) presented me with extended warranty options but was not too pushy when I refused them. The whole process took just around 3 hours: fastest used car purchase yet in my experience! Would definitely recommend Zeck!

I went to Inskeep with the intent on just trying out a vehicle and ended up buying the 2016 Edge Titanium. I researched their inventory on-line and had an idea of what I wanted. After looking around in the parking lot (I appreciated having the opportunity to look around before being hounded by a salesman!), I went inside and was quickly met by Tom. I told him what I was interested in and he got the keys and brought it up to the overhang so I could look at it without getting wet in the drizzle. He was very professional and informative, answering the questions I had and pointing out additional features, then went with me take it for a drive. When I told him I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he didn't hesitate to offer to let me drive it home so my husband and I could look it over and drive it more. I loved the comfort of the seats the minute I sat in them, and all of the features met or exceeded my needs. During the finalization of the sale, Tom got me a bag to put my belongings in from my trade-in, programmed our cell phones into the vehicle, and e-mailed me later to let me know I had left my sunglasses in my old car so I could get them back. Mark was very professional and friendly in completion of the paperwork and Patrick introduced himself to let us know that if we ever needed anything and Tom was not around, he would be happy to help us. All in all it was a very positive experience.
So happy McLarty Nissan opened a place in Bryant/Benton! It is very convenient and accessible. I dropped in for service on my 2013 Altima a few months ago and received exceptional service. I told Jackie Harris I was looking to trade for a Nissan Rogue pretty soon. He contacted me August 16 and said he thought I should come look. When I got there, Andrew Carroll was waiting for me. I felt very comfortable with him as my sales representative. He showed me the Rogues that fit what I was looking for and then left it to me to decide. I never felt pressured that there wouldn???t ever be another deal like this one and I was very pleased with his offer. I would recommend him to anyone that was thinking to purchase a Nissan. Also, I???d like to say the finance gentleman, Brad Buie was very easy to understand, he explained my contact very well and took care of all the necessary paperwork. These two gentlemen made me feel like a very valued customer. As an owner of six (6) previous Nissans, I am extremely happy I took the time to visit with McLarty Nissan at Benton this week.
We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
As Always, I was able to get an appointment for my car to be serviced very quickly.
Andy and Tammy are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. The work was done while I waited this time and I was surprised at how quickly it was done. It was nice having coffee, TV and Wi-fi available in the waiting area also!
All in all....another good experience.
Back in 2014, I was car shopping around the Passaic and Bergen County area. And a lot of non-luxury car brand dealerships were rude from the start and presented ridiculous deals.
