Good service, prompt repairs

My MKT had a problem with one of the tech packages, which left it with a discharged battery, overnight. After only one week of ownership, I had some doubts about this. Marketplace was very helpful with solving the problem, although we are separated by 140 miles. I replaced the battery, and they reimbursed me promptly. The problem seemed to be repaired. But alas, the misbehaving electron was still wandering around in the tech package, only to appear again shortly. After I called Marketplace, they arranged a time, at my convenience, to bring the car in, and they provided me a very nice loaner Lincoln. One of things I really admired, Steve had the utmost confidence in his technicians to be able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. They did, and even though the part was on backorder from Ford, they had the car repaired the next day. I went back to pick up the car, next day, and life resumed being fun again. Love my Lincoln ! Great job by all concerned, from salesman (Keith), (Steve), Manager, and (Chris) Service Manager.
