My car stopped moving on the highway , and not being from the area , I had my car towed to the closest Ford dealer. The service I received was great! I felt valued even though I didn’t purchase my car there. I would defiantly recommend them for service and will look to them for my next purchase!

Sure do wish the washing and cleaning of the cars was something that happened. Cost was to high I guess. Maybe is you put a cost to repairs you could clean and wash the cars. Example: for car repairs over say $500.00 you get a wash and interior vacuum. Just an incentive for customers I was thinking. Staff are the best people around always friendly and very prompt. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Steve and Jeff were easy to work with. Vehicle as advertised, deal went smoothly, appreciate their extra efforts (purchasing from out of state, trade in, plate transfer etc).

Went in to have my oil changed and a slow tire leak repaired on my 2005 Crown Vic (with 102000 miles on it); was able to get in right away. The technicians reported that the tire was bad (worn to the markers) so it had to be replaced, as did another one. Two others were OK. The battery was weak too (it was over 6 years old). I replaced the battery and checked tire prices and found that Tasca's prices for Michelin tires were very competitive so I had them replace the tires. They took me home while they did the work - I appreciate that courtesy. They installed the new tires, rotated two existing good tires, and aligned the car. Now I'm all safe and set for a planned trip. Everyone was very courteous and cared for me. And the cost was very reasonable too.

perfect car for my purposes, traveling, camping etc. I look forward to many fun trips and adventures, I need 25 words but for now I think this is about it.
Stopped in around September of 2017 to look into a new truck. I met Jen who was very informative and helpful, but we determined this was not the right time to buy for me. Shopped around for a couple months, got some good offers, but I knew I wanted to work with Jen again. Went back to Tasca in the middle of May of 2018, and spoke with another sales person who just wanted to make a sale and took a very long time to meet my needs. This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this, and there was a clear difference in quality of service. A few weeks later I went back and asked to work with Jen, She walked me through the whole process of what I was looking for, not one ounce of sales pressure. Very laid back, very personable and understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even was able to nearly match a better offer I had from another dealer for the same truck, and I walked out with a nicer truck than offered before. She answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) with a straightforward, to-the-point answer. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and I hope to do business with her in the future.

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
Gerry was awesome!! I drove an hour to come look at a car, but ended up with an even better deal - a 2006 Jeep Sport that is spectacular. He answered all of me and my mom's questions, (which were endless) and didn't push anything on me. Made a memorable experience here, and I will make sure to recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a car.

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
This is the second lease I have had with this dealership. This dealership has a unique option to their leasing in that property taxes are included with the monthly lease payment. You might be thinking that owing thousands on yearly property taxes on a vehicle will add hundreds to your monthly lease payments. Not so. What I learned with leasing is that the dealership gets a vast discount on property tax payments due to their sheer volume. Living in Waterbury and driving around in a newer vehicle would have had me paying a few thousand a year on property taxes. With leasing through this dealership I save hundreds on property taxes. I don't know of any place else that does this; If you're considering leasing and don't drive too many yearly miles, you will want to consider Family Ford leasing in Watertown (CT).

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
Our company has bought several vehicles from Shakers and we will go back again. This time Bill Reed helped us out and everything went smoothly. We will continue to recommend Shakers to others.

love my new explorer, easy to use, drives great, upgraded radio is user friendly with the navigation, radio, cd, and satellite. so much room the seats fold in many ways depending on what type of room you need
I purchased from Family Ford a new Fusion in 2012 and at that time they were an outstanding organization to deal with. Based on that experience, I returned to look for another vehicle; I was not disappointed. I intended to purchase/lease a new car but ended up replacing my 2007 Cadillac with a CPO 2014 Taurus (a beautiful car). Steve's patience and understanding through the whole process was refreshing. He suggested and went over several options with me and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he would get the answer. He was absolutely one of the best and easy going sales rep I've dealt with.

Wonderful car to drive. My wife had a computer failure which did not let her drive the car. Failure was "Auto Park Assist Failure" disabled power steering. We had to have it towed to the dealer. Car has only 200 miles on it. WEIRD!!

I cannot believe the amazing service at Shaker Family Ford. I have had some financial struggles this year and the worst was a BMW (Big money waste!!!) I spent over $10,000 in repairs and was in upside down and then some. Everyday I was terrified something else would go... I am now driving a beautiful 2017 Escape Titanium! The salesperson, Blair, was awesome. He was understanding of my situation and helped find a solution. Manny in finance is a miracle working. Within 48 hours I drove away in my new baby! It would've taken less time except they're closed on Sundays....

This car does everything we need it to do and the AP for remote starting and vehicle health report is incredible.. the only fault we found in this entire car is the built in garage door opener needs major improvement we had to have it replaced the first week we owned the car and even after replacement it still is very intermittent and you must literally be in the drive way if it works at all. But outside of the garage door opener this car is incredible.
Service was excellent. Corrected a problem that happened the same day. Was able to get to Boston next day feeling secure that my car had the service it needed. George was very helpful. Appreciate the ride from Woz to and from work.

Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
