Wow - what a great experience! Drove an Edge and MKZ No pressure. Leased the MKZ. Cathy Reed was the reason - Best salesperson ever, honest, fair, no hocus pocus. Gave me all the details and did not push me one way or the other. Then after all the papers were signed - thanks Manny - in under 45 minutes - Cathy gave me the instructional tour of my new car - she spent an hour going over EVERY detail and was patient while I learned everything this car has to offer me. It was surreal watching her speed and efficiency in arranging the registration transfer, title transfer and insurance transfer at 5:00 on a Saturday. I wish Shaker had stores in the Hartford area.
I nelong to am Explorer forum amd after having sveral peoblems with my 2016 Explorer Sport, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. Lombard Ford had the best pricing so I have them a call Emma was awesome on the phone and made it a quick and easy experience. I couldn???t have asked for anything more.

Betsy and Barbara are two professional, caring and very helpful people. I had a very bad experience at Torrington Ford. They helped me figure out what was going on. They even saw that I had no extended warranty which I paid for on my contract. Torrington Ford never added it on. If it wasn't for them, I would of been without any warranty.
