After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. I just purchased another new F-150 from Kunes Ford. This is my 3rd new truck and 7th vehicle from them and they've been fantastic. Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

As long as i am alive my automobile purchase will always be with NAPLETON, The Respect they show and give the customer is unmatched anywhere. My last purchase took 15 minutes but do to a power it could not print the contract so they said take the car come back tomorrow and we can sign the papers then , i said i had nothing better to do so I waited for the power to come back on and we finished the purchase. They also gave me 2 free oil changes for waiting. Great people who really care about the customer.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
