I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. We chose Grapevine Ford over other Ford dealerships in North Texas because it was the only place where someone actually approached us when we walked in. From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.
