Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.

This vehicle was a huge upgrade from the pervious car I owned and it’s amazing. It’s incredibly safe and comes with plenty of really nice features. The electric to gas is a great way to save money on gas. It’s the most comfortable vehicle I have ever been in. Very beautiful exterior as well as interior. I recommend this car to anyone who needs a safe, good looking, money saving car.

I bought my first car here and got a great deal. The communication was timely. They were courteous and friendly and gave me space and time to make my own decision about the jeep I wanted. I had to get my own insurance for the first time and Mike was patient and helpful in assisting me. He also sent a driver to take the car to my house (an hour and a half drive) so that my dad could look it over before I made my final decision. Overall, great experience. My most recent visit was for the 60k servicing for my 2020 Ascent. Although I had some of this work (front and rear differential oil and spark plugs changed) by an independent shop), the remainder of the work was completed by Johnson Subaru. The appointment scheduling and the wait time for servicing was good and the service advisor was both helpful and knowledgeable. The technician found a slow tire leak outside of the tread that could not be patched, necessitating a tire replacement. I was told that 3 tires would need to be replaced (one was already fairly new) due to the age difference (tred) between the tires and it’s possible impact on the Ascent’s transmission. I appreciated this advice which was also confirmed by other sources. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.
