Had the hybrid about 4 weeks now. Great mileage...44 to 48 MPG so far. Great stereo, good phone integration so far. But man, this is not a fun car to drive. It's low on pickup and it is constantly changing between gas, electric and both. If you don't have the radio on, you hear all the sounds of the gas motor, electric motor, and electric accessory motors. But it's a good car, just not fun.
Amazing service! I have bought many cars in my time however I will continue to be a repeat customer with Chapman Chevy! I just finished my 3rd car purchase with them in the last 2 years. I bought a Malibu in 2014 and 2 cars this month (1 new Malibu and a used car for my son). I HIGHLY recommend requesting Danny Ortiz! This last purchase I had some things I needed to have done with my car. Not only was the purchase super quick and easy, Danny was there every step of the way for the next 3 weeks to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I have had so many sales reps in the past that lie and do not care. When the sale is done they are done. You will NOT get this service at Chapman. They will continue to help you plus the service department is top notch as well! If you are in the time of considering a purchase on a new or used vehicle I would give them a call and ask for Danny Ortiz (at least to feel him out). I just want you to have an amazing experience like I did! There is nothing in this for me and I don???t often write reviews like this however I know this can be a stressful time, especially if you do not have experienced people that care! Great Hybrid. My mpg 15% higher than manufacturer's published rate. Very stylish. This is my first hybrid and as in most EV cars, you do not achieve quick acceleration. But the push button quiet (especially in EV mode) running machine make me want to get a pet dog Elroy.
My service advisor was very respectful and knew my concerns and handled them very well and in a timely manner

I have just owned this vehicle for 2 weeks but I can already tell it is great. The mileage is averaging 43 MPG. I love the smooth ride and is very quit. The Sync system is also very user friendly.

Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. As a previous Prius owner, I missed the savings at the pump when I trade it in. The features, comfort and quality on the Fusion Titanium, made the difference. While driving it, may not be as fun as regular gas cars, the comfortable seats, the Android auto system, and even the design, makes up for that. I'm getting 43 mpg mix driving so far, which is up to par with the 10 Prius I owned before. Tried the new Hyundai Iconiq, and sonatas, and Prius, and somehow they felt short on expectations. The Fusion in the other hand, even being pre-owned and not new, it felt much better car.
Was visiting Phoenix when I had a critical requirement to replace part of my gas tank so I could get back to San Diego. Stopped in mid-day to assess the situation, and was told the parts would be shipped in the next morning. Arrived at 7:00, and was told it'd take 2 hours. About an hour and 40 minutes later, all fixed. Great service. Oscar was warm, kind, professional, and extremely competent. Was very happy I took it to Showcase Honda, and will be back if/when I need service while visiting Phoenix.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.

My wife and I have had not so good car buying experiences in Phx., Az. over the past 25 years. We moved to San Tan Valley a year ago. Love it. So, time to look for a car. My younger son called and was greeted by John Dye. I could write a book of praise about how FANTASTIC this car buying experience was. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and a GREAT person. Made us feel like part of the Ford family again (my parents always drove fords since the 1930's). We were in and out in two hours. WOW!!!! I would recommend John Dye to the world if I could. You can get upwards of 50 mpg depend on driving habits which is above the manufacturers listed values of 41/43. The seating is also incredibly comfortable and feels command-center-like with the huge viewing angles of the windshield.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. I purchased this car because a friend recommended it, the good gas mileage, and the price. On my first long distance trip, my first tank i got 47 mpg. My second tank I'm averaging 50.
I made a phone call to Midway to inquire about the last of their in-stock 2017 Nissan Leafs available. Due to the end of the year deadline approaching ($7,500 tax credit), my salesperson, Haley, worked the excellent deal (price) late on 30 December and I could not be happier! Plus, because the charger that is included with the Leaf was not in the vehicle, Haley was nice enough to drive from Midway to my home in Gilbert to deliver the needed charger (90 miles roundtrip) early the very next morning. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS MIDWAY!! Thanks Haley!

If you drive 25,000+ miles annually like I do, you will LOVE this car. I can't remember the last time I only stopped at the gas pump once a week, but that is the most often I have to fill up my Fusion Hybrid. With Apple Car Play, I have access to everything I need on the go.
