The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

They were very helpful and was willing to negotiate pricing to what I could afford. They were very transparent. Overall great experience! Would shop here again!

I got the Sport Touring Hybrid hatchback in bright blue and I have no complaints, from looks to features this is hands down car of the year. I just got this vehicle a month ago almost now. I am just now about to fill my first paid gas tank. I really love the vehicle. Yes, great gas mileage with normal driving behaviors is feasible. I am trending close to getting 50mpg in 80/20 city/highway usage on this first tank. I do expect it to change each tank and especially in the summer heat where I live which starts in April where I live till December. The performance is why you're paying more money for this car. Test Drive it and use all the modes and Honda's website recommends using economy mode on the highway, which I agree. Normal is perfect for city use and Sport is great if you wanna show off. It handles amazing! It is plenty of roomy. Surprised how much headroom it has, almost like an SUV for someone who is 5'9. The features are nice. Fit and Finish is nice. Is it premium like a Mazda inside and out, no. The styling is more contemporary modern. Not flashy, but also nice looking. I got the Touring model. It is worth the upcharge for sure!

When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. Would like to sincerely thank Miguel Paz, the service advisor, for this excellent work.

I brought this car in 2019 maybe around 48,000 miles at the Honda certified dealership also a plus my car came with a lifetime warranty ( as long as I have the car in my name the deductible warranty is only $100 off anything on my car that needs broken). On the 3rd year of having my car the hybrid battery went out, over $3,000 part and labor thank you Jesus I had that warranty only paying $100. Then my ac compressor went out only $100 with the warranty cost. No other problems at all and it’s 2025 and paid for. If you get this car please get an warranty package if not your in for a high bill.

It was pleasant service ,just that the wait time was too long for engine oil change , and rotation tire, ( 3 hrs ) eventhough , the advisor said will take 2 hours or less but , the advisor was very friendly, I hope they will improve this issue in the future.

I had a great experience today with Baika at Precise Automotive Group when purchasing a 2016 Acura MDX! I had tried to purchase a 2014 Lexus at a place across the street that I had dealt with before, but they had tacked on about $3000 in extra fees so I had to walk away. I did not have that experience at Precise, and I drove him in an Acura MDX. I was very pleased with their flexibility and their customer care. I will use them again in the future!

Buyer beware! The dealer posted a stock photo of a car that looks nothing like the actual car. There is oxidation on the trunk and top of the actual car.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!
