I met with salesman Mike Chermonitz and discussed several vehicles I wanted to test drive the following day. I returned the next day and proceeded to drive the requested vehicles. Upon returning to the dealership, Mike and I discussed the purchase options and a satisfactory deal was struck. Mike was very accommodating and the whole transaction went very smoothly. All the staff I met during the car buying process were great. The accommodations at the dealership were excellent. I highly recommend this dealership.
Simple process. Nice and attentive staff, one I got some attention. Was surprised that I was not “jumped on” when I walked into facility. Was able to negotiate trade and “extras” to sweeten the pot. Remember to have a copy of your DD214 if military vet, for an extra $500 off.

I searched a popular automotive website to find the best deal on a new Hyundai Tucson. The 2018 Tucson had significant manufacturer incentives, making it an excellent choice for the price. Several dealers contacted me including Abigayle from Rick Case. I emailed all the dealers the features I needed on my new Hyundai, the details of my trade and the acceptable payment based on my down payment. All other dealers seemed to drag their feet on answering my inquiry. Abigayle and sales manager Todd quickly provided a quote- slightly above my comfort level. After further discussion and clarification, Todd and Abigayle promised to contact me first thing the following day. Todd fullfilled his promise and called with news he could do the sales requirements I requested. Within 1 hour, I was at the dealership ready to complete my purchase. Abigayle came in on her day off to complete the paperwork and Tucson delivery. She was VERY detail oriented in her explaination of the vehicle's features. I cannot be more pleased with my experience with Rick Case Hyundai and its employees!
After a lousy experience at Ganley Hyundai, I decided to try my luck at Marhofer Hyundai. I am glad I did as Brent was an outstanding sales person who was not pushy and explained everything upfront and honestly. I didn't have to worry about a condescending sales manager and I even got a slightly upgraded version of the car I was looking for at a cheaper price than at Ganley. Brent has checked in a few times since I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well and I appreciate that. Everyone at Marhofer Hyundai was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Talked to wonderful sales personnel and made arrangements to look at a 2011 Town and Country. When I arrived I was amazed by the vehicles appearance, took a road test and purchased it that evening. My wife and I just recently bought a new car at Marhofer of Cuyahoga falls. It was the best experience in buying a car in my life .There was no pressure from the sales person and no haggling over the price for hours and hours. Went in at 3 pm and left at 6pm after test driving five different cars with a brand new car. Its unbelieveable the price you can get a new car. I researched all over northeast ohio and Marhofer had every dealership beat on the car prices by thousands of dollars.
Everyone was so helpful. They were wonderful people. I will tell anyone to go see them when looking for car. It was a wonderful experience, no high pressure sale .Our salesman Mark Ortscheio was very nice and understanding. Todd Cilona was marvelous going over the financial. He went over and above to make sure we understood everything. Manager RICK Vaughn made sure we were happy and took the time to make sure we had a good experience. We saw the truck online and called about it. We made a quick trip from 45 minutes south at 3:30 in the afternoon, and we were out of there less than 3 hours later... financing and everything.

He was an awesome representative of their dealership. He didn't try to "sell" us on anything and was a straight shooter. That is so much appreciated as car/truck shopping is one of the things we hate most in the world. BUT, Not anymore. As long as they have these standards of integrity, we will be devoted customers for years to come and will tell all of our friends, family and facebook about our lovely experience. AND YES, we think we actually enjoy car/truck shopping..... @ Ron Marhofer anyway.
