It was exactly what I was looking for I love the color I love that it has dual exhaust and all-wheel drive I had a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new I got 15 years out of it and traded it in for this one I've had it for 6 days now and completely satisfied with it it does everything I expect it would and my salesperson Ron Webb is a great guy I would have anybody see him he took care of every need that I had and then some went out of his way to take care of my needs very polite nice guy if anybody goes to buy a Hyundai I would suggest to go see Ron Webb the dealership itself was very good had no issues they took care of all of my problems also as soon as I went down there no waiting I hope whoever is reading this takes it seriously and have a great day
I purchased a car from Ron 8 months ago and I loved my car. Sadly I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. Ron was able to find me an upgraded version of my car for a few bucks less than I was paying for my base model.
So I sent my car into service because something had broke. The cost of the parts just weren???t worth the price and damages for how old my car was. Being stuck in a loan with my car already was stressful and with the help of Ron he was able to trade my car in and set me up with a brand new car all with reasonable payments and making sure I was happy and satisfied. I had been trying to find a new car and was stuck in a loan on a car that was too much money to fix. Due to my credit situation i was having alot of trouble finding financing. Went to empire hyundai to check out a couple used cars and they actually ended up getting me approved for a brand new car. Walked in expecting to be disappointed (again) and ended up walking out happy with my brand new car. Highly recommend if you're having trouble getting financing and all the staff, especially my salesman Ronnie, were great to deal with
I brought my car in for a level 4 service. It was scheduled to take 4-5 hours. I was able to use a loaner car which was a lifesaver. The checkout process to get the loaner was quick and easy. The service ended up taking less time and I could bring back the car when I was done with my errands. Very accommodating. Lisa, the service coordinator that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Satisfied with the service.
My initial experience in purchasing a used vehicle [truck] was excellent. It was not a high pressure sale......which was refreshing. Considering the overall experience, every aspect was professional and fair.
I went in looking for a used crv and ended up buying a new one. The price for the used crv was very fair but for just a little more a month I got a brand new vehicle. No high pressure sales here. Very relaxed sales staff and very knowledgeable. I don't usually have good things to say about car dealers but I have to admit it was a pleasure to buy a car here. We had an amazing experience buying our new Honda Pilot at McGovern. Our salesman, Larry, was great. Super professional, easy and helpful. And everyone we interacted with was great as well. Not once did I feel like I was getting the classic grimy used care salesman treatment. From beginning to end it was an easy experience and to top it all off, we got free lunch for the whole family while it got its inspection sticker (apparently any servicing done gets you a free meal)! We will definitely be doing our service appointments here and if we buy another Honda, I would certainly come back to Larry at McGovern.
Nick the salesman spent a lot of time reviewing each feature and how to use it with us. He was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy, and you could tell he enjoys his job. We did our homework we were very happy with the price that we were able to purchase the car and warranty. We highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Nick he did an outstanding job. When I arrived at work very early in the morning, I ran over a nail causing a flat tire. I had the car towed to the dealership (I did not have a spare) for repair. After the tow truck left, I called the dealership explaining the situation. They repaired the tire while I was at work. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had it already in the covered area for me. I quickly paid for the repairs and was on the road within a few minutes. The service was quick, professional and great.
