Been buying vehicles for more decades then I care to remember - my recent purchase of a 2018 Outback at Bill Bryan's was by far the best experience. Terry Brownrigg was my salesman and he was outstanding - helpful, informative and not in the least pushy. The same was true of sales manager Ronnie. Can't leave out Randy Bowser who not only is great finance specialist but be sure to pick his brain on aviation - I think if it had wings he has flown it and has the stories to go with the experience. Also Mark in Service was terrific. In sum, I got the exact model and options I wanted without ones I didn't. I paid a very reasonable price. Over the years some car purchases have been about as enjoyable as a root canal. Thankfully this was painless and if I live long enough, like MacArthur "Ï will Return".
