If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow.
When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system.
Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees.
On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works.

I usually HATE dealing with car salesmen. But Steve Pickett changed all that. He found what I wanted...a 2016 Rubicon, low miles, and it still smells new!! Steve actually had us laughing (a nice change from the dreaded "I have to talk to my manager" let's -make-a-deal scenario). I would go through him again in a heartbeat! My one and only gripe has nothing to do with Steve. I've had my jeep for over a month, and I'm STILL waiting for my title...a bit frustrating 😟

The only issues I had with my 2017 Infiniti QX50 was the lack of a powered tailgate and it required premium gas. However, I have to say it was a VERY Well Built Vehicle!
We had an accident (T-Boned, on the Passenger-side by a Honda CR-V traveling at 35-40 MPH). The Curtain and Passenger Chair Airbags deployed, but we walked away with a minor passenger arm bruise and a driver jammed-finger; even though that QX50 was damaged enough to be declared a Total Loss.
Over the past 18 years, we have owned three Infiniti vehicles (2000 G20, 2012 G25, 2017 QX50) because we have a HIGH REGARD for the Infiniti Brand. Unfortunately, they did not have a mid-size SUV to replace the QX50 we lost in that accident.

Berman's in Merrillville is a breath of fresh air. Unlike so many other dealers who play games, Charles the GM, Eric the salesman, and the other crew at Bermans I dealt with are professional, courteous, and they back up their talk with action. They don't mess around when they say they'll take care of you. I can tell you with confidence they absolutely will. I scoured the web for weeks trying to find the perfect 2012 QX56. I dealt with numerous dealerships by phone and email and I thought I found a great vehicle about 40 miles from me. Of course, that dealer was playing the game and changed the price on me. Needing to buy a vehicle by 12/31, I called Charles the GM on 12/29 and told him what I was looking for at the price I needed. He assured me he'd find it and he absolutely did. Not only did he find a great vehicle, but when it was delivered to his dealership he took one look at the tires and told me he'd replace them. He said he'd detail the vehicle and have it ready by Saturday, 1/2. I walked into the dealership to find the vehicle looking like a brand new vehicle. Charles stuck to his word and replaced all four tires with Bridgestones at no cost. He assured me that I'd love the way the vehicle was detailed and taken care of and he was right. Eric, the salesperson was extremely accommodating and took care of me like family. They gave me a great deal on this vehicle. These guys simply want to know what it will take to create a customer for life and they deliver.

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!
