Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

Shopping for a newer (but not brand new) Tacoma 4x4 in the Prescott AZ area kind of limited my options so I expanded the search into the greater Phoenix area where I found a couple that met my criteria, which did include staying within a certain price range. LeSueur was actually the last of three stops we made while in the Phoenix area and the Tacoma we eventually purchased had a feature that I didn't actually know I wanted or needed which was the extra foot of bed space, it's a long bed (6'). I very much love that we purchased a long bed and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. After viewing the truck the day we were down in the area, we communicated and settled all the details via email with Steven LeSueur. That went very well and he responded to our emails quickly. The day we decided to journey back down there to purchase the truck we realized we were short on time so we informed Steven of our time constraints and he did a great job of getting out of there with the truck within an 1 1/2 of arriving there. The only thing he even attempted to add to the purchase was extended warranty coverage which we declined because the truck was still under factory warranty and we wanted to stay within budget. No other hidden fees or charges, thus we were extremely happy with the process. We've had the truck for one week now and I like it more now than the day we actually purchased it. It's been a great truck and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. My wife and I (along with our two dogs who made the journey to LeSueur with us) would highly recommend doing business with this professional car dealership (something that cannot be said for too many car dealerships).

I was introduced to LeSueur Car Co by a good friend of mine. I always tend to trust friend recommendations more, compared to just online reviews. So, I took his word for it. I bought a lovely 2012 Toyota Tacoma Sport, 4x4, with a bunch of standard stuff in great condition. Usually when I go to spend money, (larger amounts), I get real bad anxiety and it makes it harder for me to make a smart and informed decision. I was reluctant to buy anything and or sell my Harley Davidson when I came to the dealer but it had to be done and the process for that was smoother than I expected. During the time of me surrendering and selling the bike and buying the truck, I had no issues with anxiety, misinformation and or miscommunication. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, welcoming, transparent and very knowledgeable. Transparency is huge to me because no one likes being lied to, period. They made the process of selling my bike and buying a truck, enjoyable. They made me feel like I was family to them and that made me want to trust them more. Would recommend them to all my friends in a heartbeat for new and used vehicles. Since buying the truck I've been back for some service and they remembered me and the truck like it was just the day before that I bought it.

I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We purchased a 2019 Lunar White/Harvest QX50 Essential AWD in a June and have not been disappointed. The ride is very controlled, great on rough roads, and exhibits minimal body roll. It is great on gas too. We just completed a four day 2,200 mile trip and got 29.6 mpg! Really amazing. The power leather seats are super comfortable with ample width and depth. The cabin feels very spacious and bright. Yes no Apple Car play (yet) but the Bose system does a terrific job at all volume levels. A must have upgrade. Love this SUV. You will get compliments on its beauty.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. I fell in love with the red QX50 with cream interior at first sight. There are so many tech functions I still am learning how to use them all. Gas mileage is great, very responsive with plenty of power and pick up on the freeway. I love this type of transmission that goes from 0-60 (feels like) in a heartbeat. I got the upgraded Bose 13 speaker system and it's amazing with the Sirius Radio. I've only had it for 6 months but so far I'm delighted.

We love our Infiniti QX50. It is very comfortable to drive and plenty of cargo room for our needs. Oh my, all the most up to date technicnology is so helpful. My husband was leary of a 4 cylinder car but loves the high compression turbo. Acceleration is quick and smooth. Very happy with the Infiniti QX50.

Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I started my car search like many people, online. I had a friend mention LeSueur is great, check out the cars on their website. Wow, so many cars, I could search by price, by make, by milage. Over the next few weeks I continued to look at what cars they had posted on their website. It was great because I could see it was being updated daily! I sent an email asking a question and got a personal response back from Kris LeSueur, he answered my question, and invited me in. I wasn't ready yet, and told him so. He was very kind and said whenever you are ready come down talk to me. The day I finally decided I'm going to go in and find a car, I drove up to a very unassuming lot with so many nice looking cars. I recognized a few from the website. I walked into a very relaxed friendly office. I was greeted by Trista, who informed me that Kris was just finishing up and would be out to talk to me in a moment. In the meantime she asked if there were any cars I wanted to test drive. Well YES as a matter of fact, I ran through my list of cars with her, we pulled them up on the website and she started getting me keys and having the cars brought up front for me to test drive. A test drive without a smug over-cologned salesman riding shot gun, telling me all the reasons the car was so great. What a pleasant surprise!! I took 5-6 different models of cars for test drives, then Larry came by and we chatted. He asked what I liked about the cars I drove, what I didn't like. He listened very intently and said, have you thought about a Cadenza? I wasn't sure, but was willing to give it a try. I fell in love with the car. At this point, I had my car picked out and now I knew the next part was the price, and money down and financing. The price listed on the car is basically the price. I double checked a few sites, to see if the price was good. The prices were very reasonable. I was thankful because I am not much of a haggler. Then I met with JT who helped me get all the paperwork done. I say helped me, he got it all printed up in about 15 minutes. We went over the various documents, I did my signing. Then I asked, what about an extended warranty? Yes, the extended warranty had not been shoved down my throat or even mentioned yet. JT went over the finances, the extended warranties, he was just such an easy going gentleman. Before I knew it, everything was done and I was driving away in my new Kia Cadenza! Would I recommend this company? Yes!! If you want a no pressure, easy going car buying experience this place is for you!! If you require fluff, and like the salesman attached at your hip this might not be the place for you. Thank you so much to JT, Trista, Christian, Larry for a great car buying experience!
