I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. Had a great experience here. My first time buying new and they tolerated me and my negotiations long enough to get me the deal I needed (or I was going back to used car buying). I stopped by twice this week and each time several friendly people were eager to help me. Though I didn't make the deal with Frank V., he helped with the paperwork and entertained me while waiting for financing and stuck around to get me in my new car and answer any final questions. I highly recommend this dealership. It was my best experience over others in the area - Zeigler actually talked about the price of the car first (and trade in negotiation) instead of muddling it all up and focusing on monthly payments. Highly satisfied with my experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler from Liberty. Chris Acker is a phenomenal sales associate. I found the Jeep I wanted in Jeep's inventory and it was "in transit" to Liberty and I knew it was the only one of its kind within a 100-mile radius. It had everything I wanted (and then some). If I didn't get this one, it was either go with my second choice, or order a 2019 and wait. Chris knew this, and he could have taken advantage of that situation and gouged me. But he was open and honest and from our initial phone conversation, I knew he would offer me a great deal. By the way, I live over an hour from Libertyville. So I was taking a risk going all that way for a bad experience. Chris assured me the Jeep I had my eyes on was definitely available and we briefly negotiated by phone. I was already comfortable with him and hadn't met him yet. Once I arrived the next day, he went above and beyond. Offered me very up-front pricing, a fair deal on my trade, and even though the Jeep had not yet arrived from the truck yet, he kept me in the loop and texted me right when the truck pulled in the next day. I picked it up this morning and it is beyond perfect. The finance manager was great as well. I am so happy with my Jeep and would recommend Liberty and Chris Acker!

I dropped in unannouced at 4:20 pm on a Friday. The Service bay was jammed with people dropping off their vehicles. I had an engine light on and my entertainment system was acting like it was possessed by a poltergeist . Bob read my code ensuring me the problem wasn't urgent. Good. Yet, he said the head of service , Michael jozwiak, knows how to re-set the entertainment software and would see if he could come out and try. He did, it worked, all within 30 minutes amid near chaos. This was my first time at your dealership and could not have been more impressed with excellent service. I am Director of Sales in the Construction market and this is the type of service we deliver each day, which is not the norm. Kudos to your team and their commitment to outstanding service, unfortunately , it's not commonplace . BTW, I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at St. Charles Jeep, and did not have a good purchase experience and will now direct all my future business to Dupage Jeep. I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car
