So happy to share our compliments regarding your Chevrolet/GMC service department. We have had two different vehicles in this year and in both cases have worked with "Sean" to arrange and coordinate the work.
Earlier this year our vintage Corvette was experiencing a no run situation. The vehicle had been sold to an out of state buyer who was scheduled to pick up the car in 5 days. Working with Sean, we were able to coordinate the Tow truck delivery, indoor storage and timely repair. Knowing that time was critical to me and Sean kept us updated on the progress so that we could confirm the sale of the vehicle.
Later this year we had a warranty issue (Clutch Fan) with our GMC Denali and again we spoke with Sean to schedule the vehicle, during the drop off and pickup.
Yesterday we brought the Denali for recall(s) work and were happy to be again greeted by Sean. He actually remembered our last visit, including the nature of the previous warranty work. He inquired if everything was still working fine and told us he wanted to make sure we were happy with the service.
In all of the above cases Sean has called us to discuss the repairs and timeline required to complete them. Most importantly to us, during each of our visits, Sean has called us to the tell us as soon as the vehicle was done. I cannot explain how important that is. There is NOTHING more frustrating than being required to call a dealership repeatedly to learn when vehicle is ready. (once I was even told "You should have called earlier... that was ready first thing this morning"!
In short, when experiencing a problem with your car, the service writer you talk with IS the dealership. If he or she treats you like you are an aggravation it doesn't matter if the dealership is a Taj Mahal, or the biggest, or the cheapest, your not going back.
To your credit you have people like Sean on your staff. He makes a very large dealership feel very small town. I don't know what you pay him...but it's not enough! Please feel free to share my comments

Today was my first time at Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Owings Mills. I was in hopes of trading in my vehicle for a more reliable vehicle. We came to trade in my Suzuki sx4, we came only to talk and figure numbers out, Mark Lindenauer worked with us explained everything to us. He helped figured the numbers out like we asked, brought the car around for a test drive also got my Suzuki appraised. Mark is quick and efficient with his work straight to the point while making sure everything you ask is getting answered and done. I would highly recommend Mark Lindenauer to anyone, and I will. Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. No charge how great is this place to deal w thanks I'm a retired police officer on a pension n these guys are the BEST
I was making a long distance purchase. I had many questions and they were all answered by my sales person Jason Woolsey. I must have had at least 50 texts and several phone calls and Jason was very kind and patient with me. I am a very particular person and Jason was my eyes and nose on the ground. Yes nose, I even had him verify that the car was a non smokers car and no odors.
After I decided I wanted to look at the car, I complicated it even further...I needed picked up at the airport. Again, Jason did as I requested without questions or complaints.
The dealership is very clean, offers drinks and snacks, and free wifi. There was never any pressure. As I did my paperwork, the car was being detailed even though it was very clean to begin with.
How many times have you had the dealership manager come out and greet you and thank you for your business. At Romain that is exactly what happened. They made you feel very special.
I would rate myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a very difficult customer a solid 11. Romain satisfied me in every way.
Thank you Jason! Had it not been for you, my wife's dream car would not be in our garage.

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.
JUSTIN Coocen my Sales rep was excellent and gave me an amazing price. Hopefully the car is still there because When my income tax comes in i will definitely be back!!
After many hours searching for a regular cab, short box truck with minimal rust and mileage that was in my price range I found it at Woody's. Being 715 miles away made it a daunting task but Scoop and the Sarah's in F&I made it an easy, pleasant and rewarding experience! Scoop was very accommodating in getting it to a local mechanic (Jerry) who gave me a great deal on a very thorough inspection so I knew exactly what I was getting once it arrived. The paperwork was managed well by the dealership and the whole thing went off without a hitch and I was truly "wowed" by the experience! Thank you all!
I am now on my fourth vehicle! I have always dealt with Harry Hope. He has always been good about finding exactly what I want. He also calls periodically to make sure everything is going well. I won't buy from anywhere else besides Woodhouse Dodge or from anyone else than Harry Hope in Blair. Thank you!

Just purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Landers. Our salesperson, Kelly Dial, was very helpful and best of all - not pushy or shady at all! He worked with us to get an honest deal that everyone was happy with and didn't pull any high-pressure sales tactics with us. Back in the Finance Office when finalizing the paperwork Colt was also helpful and professional and didn't pressure us on any add-ons. Overall a good car-buying experience.
Sales Men were Rob and Matt. These two made our experience amazing. The truck we originally looked into sold right before we got there; however, we still left with a newer vehicle within our price range with extended warranty and lower miles. Rob went above and beyond to even give me pointers on how I could increase my credit score to come back and trade my vehicle in as well. We were in and out and they worked with us in EVERY way. Art our finance guy was TOP NOTCH!!!! The service we got was so amazing I asked Rob for a hug. I've had credit issues in the past, but they didn't count us out. They truly were amazing. It is now out family dealership. We will be buying all vehicles from Rob and Matt going forward!!!!!!!
I went to the dealership due having received a notice about a recall. Zavier did his best to go above and beyond to help me out, he even found another recall that I didn't even know about! Thank you!
Jim was very helpful getting the access van through service quickly having to find a part that was out of stock, then getting me the vehicle back ahead of the scheduled date. Was not happy about having to have the transmission rebuilt at 38,000 miles, but Jim explained low milage vehicles can have issues.
