While having my Ram 1500 lease serviced which is ending in 2/19 I wondered into the sales dept saw a Charger AWD that I was interested in I sat in the vehicle and was thinking this is my next lease vehicle I WAS IGNORED BY THE ALL THE SALESMAN WHO SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES OR TELLING A STORY!!!!! NOT ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME !!!!
I did a lot of online research for the vehicle I wanted, after numerous days and hours I found out this was the only dealership in 75-100 mile radius that had the trim and color I wanted. I was a little skeptical about driving an hour plus to another state to purchase a vehicle but I can now say it was definitely worth it. I did a lot through the phone and as the salesman (Charlie) promised once I got to the dealership I was in and out. I spent exactly an hour there, he was very helpful and also like he said no BS, what he offered was what I got, they worked with me as they knew I was coming from far, so I definitely recommend this dealership and if you go ask for Charlie. Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
My Sales Associate Melissa Horan could not have been more accommodating and professional. A total pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond. What perplexed me was my new car was not vacuumed, scuff marks on the doors and the tires weren't even armoralled (not sure that's a word) . Not what I expected from Lexus. Lincoln delivered my car freshly waxed, interior spotless and tires armoralled. This was a let down.
I was buying my 15th Mercedes in the past 20 years, so I know a few things about these cars. I usually know more about the model than the salesperson but not this time. Sandy Taylor knew more than me and could remember the name of the color of a Benz I owned 20 years ago. Keith Deyoung the manager was great to deal with on pricing without the usual games and nonsense.
Overall, the best car buying experience we have ever had! Keith, Moe, Sandy and Jason went above and beyond our expectations. They helped my husband and I purchase our first Mercedes-Benz with ease. Our CLA 250 4MATIC came with the AMG sport package and it is one classy car. The handling and safety is remarkable. We highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Newton to anyone looking for an elegant car with a stress-free buying experience.
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities)
Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!
Top shelf service department. Your vehicle is ready when the say it will be. Clean and confortable waiting area. There are two BMW dealers closer to my home than Orange County BMW, but from Selection to sales to service they are worth the trip.
repairs were made pretty quickly. CSR was helpful when I spoke to him on the phone.
