Matthew, Salesman outstanding

My husband made several inquiry calls to dealers in Albuquerque. Based on his conversation with Matthew Hernandez we went to LHM. Upon meeting with Matthew we found him to knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly concerned about our needs. He first wanted to know what, in particular, we were looking for, then focused his attention on meeting our needs. He did that so well we bought a Grand Cherokee from him. THANK YOU MATTHEW FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jude Sanchez did a great job in meeting our financial needs, it is appreciated. Shawn Black was very good to work with when taking care of all the paperwork, he was not pushy when selling the GAP warranty, he just explained it well. Upon arrival home, I discovered there was not an Owner's Manual for the 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited Edition in the vehicle. I am hopeful that one can be sent to me. Dominic, a manager, however, needs to better read customers and how his actions might be perceived. While we were there he kicked and slid a chair across the showroom which caused concern for me. His facial expression did not indicate whether his action was a positive or negative reaction. It wasn't until he stood on the chair that I knew his was a positive reaction to something. His actions were not very professional in my perspective.
