Made an appointment to get some recalls done and a oil change. Was told I???d be in and out in under two hours so I opted to wait for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for a ride as they forecasted another 2 hours till it was done. Buying the vehicle was great at LHM Dodge, each service however is a xxxx nightmare.
Always a pleasure to visit LHM in Albuquerque. Chris Quiñones is the best sales team member I've ever worked with, and the service department staff is no exception when it comes to fast & knowledgable skills under the hood.

My experience overall was good .I had questions for the Finance Department and my Calls were either Not Returned or Slow to Return Calls. This Definitely Needs Improvement for Customer Satisfaction to Finalize The Sales . Overall on the Sale ,4 stars.
Needed an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle, LHM offered a package of 3 of the services at a very affordable price, the service was quick and the team very helpful and polite, great dealership to have you vehicle service needs preformed.
So my experience at Larry H. Miller Dodge was top notch. True professional salesmen that were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy at all and incredibly knowledgeable. Gabriel Lopez made my wife and I feel very comfortable the moment we walked in the building. I was on the fence between two different vehicles and within 5 minutes Gabe helped me make the decision. He had me do a simple pro and con between both and just like that, I'm buying a Charger. I wasn't disappointed. Over the course of two days we spent close to 8 hours with Gabe. We got to know him a little bit and enjoyed similar stories about our children. After many test drives and looking over the inventory we finally decided on our two vehicles. After negotiations were over, which I'm happy with, we were pushed off to the finance guy. In the past that has been a bad transition for us. This time was amazing. Gabe turned us over to Andy Hotz, who was as fun to work with as Gabe. Andy was upfront and honest about our coverage and he sold me on the benefits. I know I'll take advantage of everything we purchased. In 5 years our cars will still look brand new at 100k miles. Overall my wife and I are beyond happy with the experience. In five to seven years when I replace this car I will be buying from Larry H. Miller again, without question. Thank you so much guys!
I came in to test drive a Passat in July 2016. In making contact with Kevin Dixon, I let him know what my concerns in purchasing a VW were. Kevin listened to my concerns and addressed them; and he listened to what I wanted in a car and acted.
Last weekend, Kevin located and delivered precisely the car that I sought and was able to bring it in at my budget. He and his colleagues at Uptown VW did this all professionally, with multiple options that would have met my requirements, and without pressure.
I know many people will dismiss this review given how recently I made the purchase. But I can say without hesitation there has been no buyer's remorse on my part. The car we got suited our needs, the financing we got suited our budget, and the process we got from Kevin suited what we want in a buying experience.

Ashley Ortiz was great to work with. She was patient and made it so stress free. I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue from her. I love this car. When I had trouble with the ???kick??? motion to open hatch, she sent me a little ???how to??? video (just for me)! Now I call that customer service.

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
Quick and accurate diagnosis of problem, understandable explanation of problems that followed from initial fault. Timely repair. Explained the cost and timing of other issues to allow for future consideration.
Rich and his sales manager did a great job giving me a solid overview of the vehicle we were interested in (2019 Ridgeline). He was willing to work hard to get me the best possible deal and answered all of my quetions. He was considerate of my time and did not waste it in any way. He was straightforward and went out of his way to help. I would gladly do business with him again in the future. No high pressure. No double talk. Did exactly what he said he would do. Thanks, Sam
