Almost double the power of my previous 2015 Jeep Renegade. Renegade was too small and only all wheel drive not 4X4. Would not buy another Renegade.

Most comfortable and capable Jeep I have ever owned. The longer wheelbase of the Unlimited makes the ride so much better than the 2 doors I have owned in the past. Would definitely buy another.

I have been researching buying a new or used Jeep for months. When I came to this dealership, i was lucky enough to meet with Michael Steere. He answered every single one of my extensive questions( even over the phone and at inconvenient business hours, he was patient and honest). I do not take buying a car as a minor life decision, so this was very helpful to me, and different from my experiences with other dealerships. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car on a budget to come here and have the comfort of knowing that you will have a rare honest salesman.

My husband and I bought our Jeep from Novak Motors. They have a lot of jeeps that they add a lot of the “extras” to before they sell them. We got a great deal. I love that it’s 4x4, it has Bluetooth, Sears are extremely comfortable, plenty of legroom, back seats fold flat for a larger ack storage area if you need it.

Drove an hour from home with somewhat low expectations that we would end up driving away from the dealership with the actual car that I had been looking at. I had been researching car purchases for weeks - it's been 11 years since I actually purchased a brand new car - and was really going there with the intention of buying a pre-owned. Before heading down there - I had communicated with Mark Rossi - in the Internet Sales Dept - and told him I was interested in 2 specific Durango's - one was new and one was pre-owned. We set up a time/day to come down but there was no pressure from him. Thank you, Mark! When we arrived at the *complex* (because it really is) - we were *FLOORED* - never expecting such a sight because - let's face it - it's in the "boonies"! Mendon is beautiful - really - but still - the boonies! We were so pleasantly surprised to see that this was a state of the art complex - each Dealership is specifically decorated with a theme(i.e. Ford is the "music hall of fame") and all are gorgeous and immaculate. They even have their own diner - the Miss Mendon!! WOW - was that a treat!! We had lunch on them (our Salesman gave us a $25.00 coupon for lunch while were waiting for our numbers to be worked out) and that was awesome - the food is great - service excellent and friendly! That Diner is also spectacular and lovingly cared for - it's so obvious. As we walked through the property we saw all these other amazing amenities on site - car wash/detailing, rental and much more. We worked with a young salesman - who could not have been more professional - Tim Stein. For a gentleman just recently graduated from college - he is mature beyond his years and definitely headed in the right direction, He didn't miss a beat and dealt with our anxiety about this car purchase with good humor (thanks, Tim - I know we were probably a pain in the *ss!!), He really did try to give us the best options available and make sure we understood that difference between the pre-owned and the new in terms of pricing/payments and what the reality of what our trade was going to bring us but even with that he accepted the fact that we wanted to try to negotiate it anyway (we were unfortunately upside down on the trade....). In the end - we got a brand new 2017 Dodge Durango - it's actually the car of my dreams!! For the financing part of it - we ended up having to walk next door to work with Imperial Ford's Finance Manager - Kim Jacques - I wrote a separate review for her on the Imperial Ford Dealer - she is, hands down, the best finance manager in the business! I could not be happier - but I do expect to be driving it for a *long* time - lol!! It may have been more money - but the experience in and of itself - was really the *best* car buying experience I have had in my lifetime - and my husband can say the same. We have purchased many cars over the years and dealt with unethical dealers (hence the upside down trade...) and were very leery going into this purchase. I can safely say that we won't ever go anywhere else again to buy a new car. My husband is also a Dodge owner (Ram Truck) and he intends to go to Imperial to purchase a new truck from them in a year or so and we fully expect that we will get the same excellent treatment and deal. It was well worth the one hour drive - and now I look forward to driving to the beautiful little town of Mendon! Thanks, Tim, Mark, Kim and Imperial!

Best experience I ever had I had Edward Vidinha for my salesman. I bought the Jeep instead of a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I already have a really nice sport bike. So the Jeep is a recreational vehicle for me. Great choice! It's got an upgraded soft top. It's decently quiet and it can be used like a convertible. It's so easy. No helmet or gear required. I can wear shorts and flip flops and my wife and son can come along too. We love it! This is my first Jeep but definitely not my last.

We just bought our 3rd car from Lundgren Honda. Matt was WONDERFUL! He took the time and listened to our concerns along with answering all our questions. He was super nice and the whole family thinks he is top knotch . Our kids thought he was totally hysterical which made it easier for them to spend the time there that we had to. It is hard to find someone that can relate to each and every member of the family. Lundgren is lucky to have Matt as part of their team. I traded in a Camry of 3 weeks (purchased elsewhere requiring several trips to the dealer) that was unable to meet my needs. This RAV4 far exceeds my expectations! I needed something I could depend on in all four seasons that was safe and reliable. It was to replace my 2003 Chevy TB that I had purchased new and I wore out (I loved my TB). My RAV4 has everything I need, plus more. This was accomplished when Dave Filmore (who understood my needs) showed me the RAV4, road tested it, contacted my insurance agent and took care of the changes after working with me completing the paperwork for buying out the Camry . I have a Sahara Unlimited loaded! It is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. It perfectly mixes the feel of an off road vehicle with luxury. It’s a vehicle that you will be proud to drive. The 3 piece top is a dream. It is very easy to take the front pieces off, and they nicely fit in a bag in the back in case you get stuck in the rain! Gas mileage is pretty decent for a Jeep too. I get between 17 and 19mpg. Overall, an awesome fun vehicle that is also practical as a daily driver!

Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

I live in NH so I saw this car on-line along with a couple of others within 30 minutes of each other I planned to look at that weekend but when I walked in to BidCars Boston and saw the car, I didn't need to go any further. The 2014 Challenger was in fantastic condition, just what I was looking for and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. They let me take my time to look over the car on my own. Chris was a pleasure to talk to and deal with on the car (and about Harley). Moe was a pleasure to work with for financing and he took the time to explain everything. Kudos to both and to BidCars Boston.

I bought it new October 31,2015. Sport model. It was pricey but the fun, quality and reliability is great. The only problem I had was the defrost fan was rattling after 2 years. About 14,000 miles. Dealer fixed it immediately under warranty. 4WD is so handy in cleveland snow and ice. I love it more than the 2019 models. This will last me many years. I love it. I recommend it to all. No complaints.

I love it. It's beautiful, excellent and it's a gas saver. It rides smooth, has a GPS system and leather seats. Roof top is removeable

My Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon is the best, out the door, off-road vehicle ever. Pure stock It excels in all conditions, or you can modify it to your heart’s desire. It is comfortable in town and on the road, and confidence building off-road on all types of terrain. One of the best vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. A whole new world of adventure has been opened up!

This Jeep is extremely fun to drive around town turning heads Especially with doors off in the summer. Large enough for a family vehicle, nice enough for dinner dates, and most of all a great cruising vehicle.

Great car buying experience from the first time I called and walked in the door. Dmitry and staff were very accommodating. I purchased a Lexus 350 rx and I love it. After test driving the car Dmitry offered to have one of his guys drive the car to my mechanic to have it checked out when I couldn't get the time off work to do it myself !! Dmitry also held the car for me over a weekend without a deposit till I could get there on Monday ! I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone

This jeep has awesome performance offroading and great highway driving handles very good in the winter months. Not too many major issues gone wrong with it just little stuff

This car met my needs. I needed a 4WD vehicle for traveling 20 miles of dirt and sandy washes in Arizona. Drives and handles smoothly through rough terrain. Great gas millage and even power windows!
