Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

It was the last day of the month, however, so I know there may have been more traffic than usual. But we still felt that the process was way too long. Also, the Finance Manager needs to be able to accept a polite ?no, thank you? regarding service plans, and not to persist with questioning us about it. This was not befitting an Audi dealership. A better way to present such Service plans is to give the buyers information about the cost and coverage ahead of time, so clients can make an informed decision about them. Maybe your take-rate would be even better higher this way. It would also cut down on the anxiety experienced by car buyers (and Finance Managers). Also,

Bought a 2016 349i xdrive today. This car runs great. The price was was very fair and the xustomer service was immaculate. There was no pressure. The transaction was very smooth. They offer sedifferent options for financing too. The place isn't physically the most beautiful place, but please don't judge a book by its cover. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun.
