I had the pleasant experience of visiting Ira of Manchester NH to have my car serviced. Alex was the service representative that helped me. He was attentive right from the start. I ended up needing more than an oil change and tire rotation and he let me know immediately. I had some questions and he was busy with renting a car to someone and sent someone else out to answer my questions. When he was done he came to check on me and offered to get me something from Dunkin? Donuts. I was there a little over 3 hours and he personally checked on me 3 times. When I arrived at the dealership someone asked if I had a certain representative that I liked to work with and I said no. That will certainly not be the case next time! I will ask for Alex! He is amazing!

I have been a Jeeper before being a Jeeper was COOL. Although I have had 5 Jeeps before this one this was mu first new one. Except for normal service it has not been back to the dealar once.

Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

Got a truck from them bought running boards for the pickup but couldn’t put them on cuz running boards were rotted so called Tim’s an they said bring the truck down an fixed the issue thank you

It was a very easy experience, I was in and out very fast, ever question got answered and Gary crane was a very big help with not leaving and lose ends and making sure I had the right truck for me before I left, he was very helpful and made the process simple, cut and dry! John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!
