I've purchased several cars over the past 45 years..... from Chevy's to Ford's Nissan's to Cadillac's and even BMW's to Lexus. The one item that is generally a bit frustrating is the time it takes to sign, seal and deliver the new vehicle. This expereince in Lynwood at the Jaguar dealership was less than 1 1/2 hours.... Most of the other experiences have been 2 to 3 hours.....which causes one to think about another purchase on the next go around..... Not with Brent and Mel at Lynwood Jaguar. It was precise, quick and to the point. Thank you for a great experience!

Looks gorgeous in and out with an aggressive new 2018 and up styling. it’s a pleasure to drive, comfortable yet handles great. Fast Powerful with the V8. Love it.
I too have had issues with the infotainment center in my 2018 Velar. My navigation has shut off out of the clear blue and I can’t shut off the seat massager. This just started happening with 9000 miles on it.
My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, taking the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of model,and features and the price range that we were hoping to stay within. We didn't need to,wait long before they had a few 2017 X3 models that met our criteria and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle that we left the dealership with that day. In all of the years that we've been working with Rick and Mark, they have never once made us feel rushed, pressured and gave us the attention that we needed in order to make our ultimate decision. Many dealerships consider the deal to be done once you drive off of the lot but not when you are dealing with BMW of Seattle and Rick and Mark. Rick,has checked in with me a few times to see how the vehicle was working out and if there was anything we needed. Thanks to the unparalleled service provided by Rick and Mark, they will always have our business. Further, everyone that we have ever encountered at BMW of Seattle has been extremely pleasant and professional. The dealership,is a well-oiled machine so you will not spend more than a few hours closing the deal. I'd also like to add a side story about Rick and Karen who coordinates the Service Department. Earlier during the week that I ended up,trading in my 428ix, I blew out the sidewall of my tire when I hit a curb to avoid hitting a squirrel. My first instinct was to reach out to Rick after speaking with BMW Assist since it was getting late and I wasn't sure if the Service Department was open. Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and we would figure out the logistics of working it into the schedule. I followed up,with BMW Assist and arranged for them to pick up my car the early the next morning. I followed up with a call to the Service Department when they opened at 7:00 am and Karen answered the phone. I filled her in on my plight and she also,told me to go ahead and have the car towed in. I asked Karen if it was possible for me to get a loaner car, despite this not being a warranty issue, and she said that they didn't have enough loaner cars for the scheduled appointments that morning. She called me back later that morning to advise me that there was a service cancellation and that she could put me into a rental car! I could probably write a mini-novel about how Karen and Rick went above the call of duty but I'll close with this: BMW of Seattle is the epitome of professionalism, excellent customer service and vehicle service. Frustrated with the unreliable infotainment system

I've had this car since Feb 2018 and have taken it to get serviced 6 times, 4 of which have been in the last month. The infotainment system constantly glitches or is unresponsive. It disconnects from my phone randomly and takes days to reconnect. Land Rover continues to tell me the system needs updates and this should fix the problem, but it never does. I've never heard of a car having this many issues with the computer/infotainment system.
