Took my Disco due to Tire sensor issues, they checked me in promptly, service advisor Robin was ok, it never hurts to smile a little bit - car rental was quick and easy. Car was fixed by the next day. I believe Alina assisted Mr at the time of picking up the car, she was nice and friendly. Overall, Excellent service.
A thorough inspection and check-up was done very well to our vehicle, clearing any issues we saw (and didnt see) out of the way and finishing earlier than anticipated! Great mechanical and customer service.
Robyn Meyer has been my service advisor for many years now through a couple of Jags...she is a real gem, knows her stuff, and really looks out for my interests in anticipating issues and diagnosing exactly. She's the main reason I come back to Bellevue Jag for my XJL servicing.
The staff were incredibly accommodating. For being one of the first appointments of the day to pick up. The loaner vehicle was clean and fun to drive. My car was clean and washed- she felt like a new car!
My service advisor, Sheneta Daily, was very attentive and reassuring. I was very concerned about my 2007 Jaguar. Sheneta gave me regular updates over the four days it took to find, diagnose and repair the elusive computer issues. She was extremely pleasant to work with. I would recommend Sheneta to others.

I've been working with Marcos over email over a couple of months because I don't like going to the dealership unless it's to sign paperwork. Marcos was informative, encouraging but not pushy. I told him that I was actually ranking a different brand and dealer first but he still responded as if I was committed. I love my Jaguar E-Pace and glad I ultimately went with what I thought was my second choice. After engaging with about 4 car sales reps with different brands/dealers via email during my buying process, Marcos' demeanor during this whole thing helped seal the deal on the Jaguar.

I had to bring my Evoque in for service and appreciated that John Shinledecker (at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue) went out of his way to ensure there would be a loaner available as I had multiple errands that I needed to do during the day. Thankful that he was professional, courteous and straightforward explaining the problems I was having with my car.
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
This dealership was top notch! Josiah and Mike went above and beyond to get us a deal that we would feel great about when leaving the dealership. The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this rainy cold northwest weather, I DO NOT want to be out washing and vacuuming my car this time of the year. They had my car from 8am one day until noon the next day. When I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, she asked if I wanted to wait for it to be done. I DO NOT always have time in my schedule to wait around for things like this to be done. Please do it during the 28 hours that you had the car. When I bought a Range Rover and paid Range Rover prices, I expected the service to be near perfection. When I arrived home, I also noticed that it hadn't been washed. Very disappointed.
I have a 7 year old Jaguar XF that needed some TLC. I needed to have my front brakes evaluated after my off-market experience proved to be costly and unsafe. I replaced the previous brakes with Jaguar Front Brake Pads and Rotors. I also had a faulty inside Dome Lamp unit which was replaced and carbon pads installed. A total vehicle inspection was performed and new carpets purchased. All work was performed professionally and I was informed as required. All work was explained to my satisfaction. I used a courtesy vehicle and all arrangements were clear and well organized. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was given a private office to use as I needed. The work performed and the overall experience "exceeded expectations".
