Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

This was one of the best dealer experiences we’ve had. We met Roy and got the SUV we wanted. Test drive and offer signed and were were out the door in an acceptable amount of time. We really appreciate Roy who has continued to go above and beyond even more than a week later! Our only negative to the experience was the high pressure sales to add the gap and extended warranty we didn’t want in the financing paperwork signing process. We are still happy though and will look to do business with Roy and Audi Henderson in the future!

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

This was my review about 2 months ago on Google: My family have owned Audi's for as long as I can remember and almost each time Joe has been the one to help my parents. Most recently he's helped my mom get into one of the new Q6's, prior to this she had an E-TRON GT, S5, Q5 and Q3. Thank you Joe! But this review is now going to be off my first car purchase from Joe. I'll skip over the long history my family has had with Audi & Joe(even with the cars I forgot to list in my first review). I've known Joe since I was still in elementary school, I'm now 24. When the Audi Henderson location first opened up, my sister and I drew pictures for Joe which ended up being posted on their website for a brief time. Joe is an excellent salesman who cares about you as a customer and the type of vehicle you get in. Beautiful styled Car inside and out! Great 4 cylinder gas milage with the performance of a true sports car! This makes it an Amazing value car to me!

Got this car right out of college at 253k miles, it's at 311k currently, no engine or major internal issues, seems like it can go another 100k miles, amazingly awesome 😎👍

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

As soon as you drive onto the premises, you're greeted by a cheerful person in spite of the 106 degree weather...as you look around, all of the other service staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful!

Teresa was wonderful keeping me constantly updated as to everything going on with the 105,000 mile service of our 2012 Hyundai Genesis. advised me a ride was available at no cost to me as the service was going to take additional hours, She called me personally when car was ready and sent the driver to pick me up. the service repair and courtesy shown to me by Teresa, The gentleman That checked me in at service entrance and walked me to my car with Teresa ( I did not get his name), and the Cashiers were great! I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

my grandmother sadly traded in this gladiator i wish she would have kept it . It is very comfortable,reliable,it look great on the outside,it has enough power,and its value is very good.
