Became disappointed when I learned the vehicles sold here are often sold with branded titles. The dealership was up front with this information but nevertheless I would never purchase a reclaimed, branded title vehicle.

I was in need of another truck after being involved in an accident. I looked around the area but I could not find a selection of the model I wanted. I found Auto Source. They had a good selection of the model I was looking for at a good price.
Everything went well but the time it to finalize everything was long which I know is the norm when buying a car. I would have liked a full tank of gas since I had just put gas in my trade in for the week. I’d still like the full tank of. I only had half a tank. I mentioned it to my sales person but he said that isn’t done. There was a time when you bought a vehicle, it always had a full tank of gas when you left the lot.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Been getting mulitiple letters due to recalls on my 2009 Corolla so I decided to call in and make an appointment. Found out I had 4 recalls that needed to be done instead of two. Customer service transferred me to AutoNation Toyota in Las Vegas and from there Brandon Muhlenburg took care of me when I arrived for my appointment. He was able to schedule me a ride home even if I lived more than 10 miles away. Car was done in a timely manner and there was no hassle what so ever. Amazing experience, thank you!
Wanted to have a utilitarian vehicle. The 2015 Impala was an excellent car but I need a vehicle to take my daughter on adventures and then become dad again when needed. Chip, the manager and finance associate were great. They worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to all.
We went in just to "look" at an suv. My husband really wanted a luxury car with lots of bells and whistles. He thought he had his mind set on a different car at a different dealership. But, after spending time driving the 2019RDX and talking about it, he fell more and more in love with it. Our salesman, Chip, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we went back and forth about our decision. At the end of the day we were thrilled to drive out with what I consider to be the best of both worlds. We get basically a luxury, sports, suv!

Great experience with a great salesman, Tony Bowler. Didn't feel pressured, but I was provided all information needed to make my decision to purchase. Felt like I paid a fair price for my new car. I really liked the casual, low key atmosphere of this dealership and Tony. Not the typical high pressure car sales, which made me very happy!
