This car has met all my needs has a great ride and it picks up quickly especially when passing which is my fear when I am in a 2 lane highway and a car might hit me head on if I do not pass quickly.

I was hesitant to go to White Allen because of distance from us, but am so glad we did. This is my 6th Accord, bought from 3 different dealers, and White Allen was the best by far. Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

IT WAS A LONG TRIP DUE TO TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, UPON ARRIVAL i FOUND NOBODY THERE, AFTER ABOUT 15 MINUTES WE MET A VERY BUSY WOMAN WHO GAVE US THE KEY FOR THE CROSSFIRE WE WANTED TO LOOK AT. WE STARTED IT UP BUT COULD NOT DRIVE IT BECAUSE THE SEAT COULD NOT BE MOVED, THE BUTTON TO MOVE IT FORWARD WAS BROKEN, SO WE COULDN'T TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE, SEVERAL THINGS WERE NOT WORKING. SO WE SPOKE ABOUT IT TO THE WOMAN WHO WAS VERY NICE. WE LOOKED AT SOME OTHER CARS ON THE LOT, BUT THE XFIRE WAS WHAT i WAS AFTER. wE TALKED ABOUT PRICE AND WERE NOT EXCITED ABOUT THE CAR.

I bought 2 cars from this dealership: Ford Explorer 2015 and Acura TLX 2019. All selling services were very professional. I was given all papers and pictures of the cars before they were repair (if needed). I have been driving those cars for 7 and 2 years respectfully - no major problems, just maintain work: oil change, filters, brake pads. Dreams staff is very professional, honest, and friendly. They always provide a fantastic work. All my family and I go there for any car's needs. Their prices are non-beatable. They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

Today, Matthew, my salesman told me that he was going to give me all weather mats for my vehicle. I had original plan to get the mats and something changed and Matthew stepped in for me today!
