The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life. Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car’s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn’t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn’t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership. I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn’t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high. The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!!I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another car! Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. To top off my experience they delivered the car back to the Cape Cod!!!!! The absolute best experience of my life with a dealership!!!

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

The styllng was sleek, and driving it was an absolute joy. The performance of this vehicle was top-notch. It looked as good after 4 years as the day I leased it. Interior design was great. Love the set-up of all of the displays. Downside: the tires were thin and I could feel every bump. But I absolutely loved driving this vehicle.

In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.
