We chose Grapevine Ford over other Ford dealerships in North Texas because it was the only place where someone actually approached us when we walked in. From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. In contrast, Grapevine Ford made us feel valued and respected. If we ever decide to get a new truck, this will be the first place we visit again. Highly recommended.

Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. Fantastic car that is my daily commuter. It's easy going, low cost maintenance up keep. Fun to drive around. They are a stylish car with many nice things about it. Luxurious interior, full of features that look nice. Bose surround sound speakers. Cd, Dvd player. Full parking view camera. Good on fuel economy mileage. These car's have a strong reliable engine. Good value reputation.

Pary was very nice and showed me the car I saw on the website. I was trying to find a car for my wife. Unfortunately, the weather had been bad for the week leading up to my visit, and the exterior of the car was pretty dirty. It was also parked so close to the cars on either side, that I couldn't get in. I came back several days later with my wife to look at it, and we took a test drive, but the tires were all low, and the car didn't steer well. We went back and let them air up the tires, then took another test drive. My wife wanted to look at several other cars I had found for her, so we told Pary we would contact her to let her know what we decided. After looking at a couple more vehicles, my wife found one that was slightly more expensive, but still had a year and a half of factory warranty left, and decided she wanted that one. I called Pary to let her know, and she said she was happy that we found a car that my wife really liked.

I'm actually having fun with this car. They are reliable, and the value is good.

Well deserved all five stars!! Very nice reliable car's. They have a good reputation, strong reliability. Overall it's sporty, mixed with luxury. Performance V6, 300 horsepower. Very impressive for being a sports sedan. Interior design is interesting. Soft leather seats, both are powered. Touch screen stereo, cd , dvd player. Full body view camera. Sport tech button for the performance adjustment. Decent fuel mileage, this car is fun to drive.
