We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. It was overall a very smooth transaction and we love our new Odyssey! Highly recommend Legend Auto Sales!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
Recently stopped by Advantage after receiving a call from the Pineapple letting me know my lease was almost up. I was telling him I saw his signs out front "$250 off if you ask for the pineapple" and expressed an interest in a Frontier as I wanted to be able to throw my kayak in the back and go. Within a few hours I was driving home in my new Truck for $250 less than the already get deal!
I love my truck, one of my friends saw it and loved it too, she was able to get the same deal. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I recommend Advantage and the Pineapple, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I wanted!

My husband and I have been shopping for a car for the past two months, decided to drive across the water, am not even sure how we ended up at Advantage Nissan, as it is kind of tucked away, but we are so happy we did. Everyone was so friendly, Shon was the sales person who showed us around. His humor, knowledge and demeanor were so enjoyable. We will be back!
I had an awesome experience at Advantage Nissan. My sales person was Shon. He took care of me and sold my mom a car as well. He was tentative to my needs and my budget and actually got me below what I wanted to pay. I would recommend Shon known as the pineapple to anyone for a great price and outstanding customer service.
