5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
I was searching the web yesterday morning for good deals on SUVs. I received a call from Shi Hill and we agreed to meet. Got to Fred Anderson Nissan...not anticipating driving home in a new car later that evening however, I am super excited about my new SUV. Shi was top notch. She was very knowledgeable and beyond patient. We were both exhausted by the end of the day, but she ensured my experience was a great one. The team at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh indeed carry out the "family store" slogan. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted and offered assistance. Our salesman was Adam, who I have to say is the best sales professional I have ever had (and I've had many). He thoroughly explained the Fred Anderson buying advantages, such as free oil changes for life. In addition, he had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and that really helped us in our decision process. I must also mention the facility is amazing, state of the art with nice amenities such as (really good) coffee. The service department is friendly and modern. Roberto was kind and patient, my father and I had been back and forth trying different cars and me being a first time buyer I was unsure of what I wanted and how much I was wanting to spend. Roberto walked me through the whole process and never made me feel rushed to make any decisions. I was able to test drive any car and he went over features, and other things in great detail. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
The best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. I've heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!
Just met and looked at vehicles on their lot. We told them what we are looking for and they found the perfect car that if you looked at it you could not tell that it was not 2018. Eight years old and perfect condition.

Excellent service we received today purchasing our new 2018 Nissan NVP. Johna in sales was such a pleasure to work with. And Shannon in finance really came through and got the numbers we needed to make this purchase happen. I've purchased many new Nissans in the past and I'd honestly go out of my way just to come back to Leith and do it again.
Raheem and Alice have always been accommodating and helpful when I visit the dealership. We have purchased three cars from the dealership. Thank you for your service. Side note: The survey process of forcing someone to enter a certain amount of text is frustrating.
