We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.
As exciting as it sounds, buying a vehicle can actually brings a huge anxiety and frustration. Perhaps like many others, I dreaded going to any dealership and talking to any car-sales person. This dealership (King Chevy in Longmont) totally changed my perspective! We test-drove the same car more than once, asked many questions and took our sweet time to think about. Through the entire process, everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did not feet pressured, tricked or manipulated. We had gone to 4 other dealerships before getting to Stevinson! The salesman at Medved seemed afraid to work in the cold or work late, & it turns out I'm glad he wanted to "call me on Monday". It was later on a Saturday Night but Henry was happy and ready to help! I appreciate Henry and the Stevinson team. They have made a "return" customer out of our family and friends!
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. I always have excellent customer service, as well as maintenance of my car. All employees are helpful and professional. They even compensated me with a credit for waiting an unexpected amount of time. I didn’t even have to complain! All around I recommend this Honda service center for their excellent customer service and awesome work they do for maintenance.
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
