We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and not only is it a wonderful car but the entire experience from when I started looking on line until I drove off the load was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership!

Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
I purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Tina. She was extremely understanding of my needs and situation. She was VERY knowledgeable on the car even though it's not one of their store's specialty brands. Her communication has been great, and she was no-pressure and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision. Jennifer in finance was wonderful as well. They installed a clear-bra for me and that came out wonderful.

Was in the market to purchase a second vehicle for my step daughter to use and found this gem on Auto Trader, only issue was I felt the truck was priced about 2500.00 over KBB and compared to other like vehicles. Contacted Mark Heart the Internet Sales Manager via email to inquire on availability and price and before I had the chance to call to discuss further the price a had been adjusted appropriately. I was impressed, next morning drove down and purchased the truck. Mark and all of the corresponding staff that assisted with our purchase where awesome, down to earth with a zero pressure experience. The entire transaction with financing took just about two hours which seemed like less. Not sure if they appreciated my joking about buying a Ford from a Dodge dealer, but it was all in fun. Thank you for a positive buying experience.
Was shopping for a new Durango. Called this dealer and connected with Tina. Tina was awesome and made the whole buying process easy. Not only did they make it an easy process, but they beat another dealers price even though their Durango had a higher price because of more options. Told them what I wanted and they delivered. Also said I wanted to be in and out since we had a little one with us and we had walked out of there with keys in hand under about 1.5 hours. Jim the Finance guy, probably one of the better ones I've worked with. Not pushy and cared about our concerns and needs. Even offered to work some issues we had with my previous dealership. This group knows what they are doing and do it well.
Can???t say enough about Mandy Archer! She listens to her customer???s wants and needs, she is knowledgeable about her product, and is so professional and personable. She made it so easy! We drove from Grand Junction, CO to work with Mandy on our new vehicle purchase, totally worth it!

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
