Jeff is a great salesman he is right to the point doesn't beat around the bush or try and lie about a price. I would buy another car from him any day of the week he makes the experience very enjoyable.
I had a great experience at this dealership! The people were friendly and made the process easy especially with my husband being deployed. They tried to give me something I wanted and didn???t try to push me out of my price range! Would recommend this place to anyone!
I ended up not buying a car from the dealership, but the service I received from Justin and Brian was excellent. The no pressure, no nonsense approach to the buying experience is refreshing and pleasant.
If I were looking for a used car again, I would choose Echo Park first.
I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
Came in with an idea of what I wanted and left with something completely different lol the experience was seamless and no pressure which was great. I got a fair offer for my car and am very satisfied with my new vehicle.
I can only say fantastic things about this place! After searching for days straight (Dodge dealer in Motor City included) they ended it all lol. Tyler was great, the whole team made possible what the other places could not. It was a long day but WOW they went above and beyond and we left with a magnificent machine for way less of a payment then we ever imagined. HUGE shout out to GARTH in finance!!!!! A couple hiccups along the way equaled to this man being absolutely amazing!! Pizza and wings coming your way soon ;)
After losing my car to a hail storm like so many this year, I was stressed about having to purchase again. The team at Colorado Springs Dodge was amazing. Aaron was patient and helped find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and Adam worked his butt off to get me to the payment I was interested in and James was thorough in finance explaining my warranty. I felt very relieved after the stress of buying a new car was forced upon me. I would recommend Colorado Springs Dodge to everyone in the market.
I had the A/C repaired on my Dodge Ram 250. It had been misdiagnosed at a previous shop . They diagnosed it correctly , ordered parts and fixed it at a fair price . Thanks , Fred P.S. It worked well on our way back to Illinois.

It's a small dealership. No fancy marketing or showman of big-dealers. Had Well-Used/Clean cars only in Stock.
I wanted to do a trade-in., but George gave me good reasons why he was not inclined. He was pleasant, informative, and not pushy. Gave me genuine good & bad car disclosures. Was clear and upfront about every detail verbally and with CARFAX.
I had my car research prior to arriving. T & S Auto Brokers has reasonable pricing. So my decision was quick. George gave me a further discount. Felt very easy & relaxed on paperwork.
We were solid in trust, paid and drove the car. He was so nice to even pump gas. My wife and kids felt T&S like home.
I would feel very comfortable purchasing another vehicle here in the future.

Have to say pleasantly surprised with customer service when I brought my passat in for an oil change. Mary Gillespie wasted no time checking me in while multi tasking and providing great customer service.
Purchased a 2008 Ford F-150. Seems to be doing ok. Need to do an alignment. But no other problems. Would go to Red Nolan again. Very friendly.
