Charles was awesome. Had me out of there with a rental in less than 15 minutes and provided great insight into what is required for the service of my Subaru WRX.

This is a great vehicle and we're so glad that we purchased one. We've had a couple of minor things go wrong that should not have such as the drivers side visor starting to squeak loudly. All said we are very happy with this car. On the down side there is now standard technology out there that is not available. Automatic wipers are missing and items like remote start and subaru's safety and security package are extra when Honda includes them both free. But my biggest issue is not the car it's that there is no convenient dealersl or service anywhere near me. The nearest service is 45 minutes away. The next car will have to be available locally.
Have owned 2 Volvos and the company lost it's spark. Subaru has that spot in my heart now. From the 5 star crash rating (except front passenger seat is 4 star) to great reliability records and good tech stuff I am thrilled.
Excellent vision in all directions from the Forester. We like the no non-sense styling of the Touring 2.5i. Easy to get into and out of which matters if getting a few years on you. Very good gas mileage and handling with excellent performance. The AWD is certainly one of many key selling points. Fit and finish is excellent with very good reliability so far. We think it is a excellent SUV and would definitely purchase another Subaru SUV if needed.
This car is reliable, sturdy, comfortable and has many safety features. It still looks and drives like new after 2 years . Low maintenance and great gas mileage !
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I reached out to these guys a few weeks ago and got great customer service. In the end I didn't buy a car here, but it mostly came down to the distance I'd have to travel to get there.

I like this vehicle except for the engine shutting off when stopped. it does have an override switch, but if I forget to set it the engine will automatically shut off. that's the only thing I don't like about this car.
Adrian Fields was very polite and smiles at me when I drove to the servicing center at 8am. He asked me how my day will be (busy or not so busy?), took my details, told me what needs to be done to my car. Within an hour, he called and said my car is ready. I collected my car 8 hours later and he still remembered my name even though he wasn't the one who returned my car back to me. He is very attentive to his customers. Wished me well and asked me to go back again for future servicing, which I definitely will.
I have been servicing my Subaru Forester XT since I bought it New in Feb 2015 and I am always so impressed with the customer service, the speed at which they service the car and the thoroughness of their inspection.
Well done and thank you Subaru Stevens Creek for taking care of my car.

My 2nd Subaru Forester

My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now.
The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.
Excellent!!! Bought an Odyssey.
Excellent staff, facility, and choices. Bought the car with PermPlate option on Saturday, picked up the car on Monday and already had PermPlate. Did not have to schedule another appointment.

Great car, but battery died after 6 months and Bloomington Subaru didn't make it easy to get it replaced. This is a known issue with Foresters.
Giovanni really knew the car, it’s capabilities and attributes. A real pleasure to shop with a bright and engaging salesperson. He made car shopping fun.

Hello,
To start with, I really like the Subaru online appointment scheduling system, especially the possibility to choose a Service Advisor. I specifically wanted to deal with Troy Corriere as I have met him before and really liked the experience. This time was awesome as well!:)
Mr. Corriere was nice, easy and pleasant to talk to from the very first moment. I felt like I met an old friend who is really glad to see me. Mr. Corriere has such a positive attitude and genuine smile, that it makes you feel very welcome. He has gone the extra mile to take care of my car and me. He was very courteous, attentive, understanding and precise about every detail of my visit. He even had left a ‘Thank You’ note with the paperwork at the end of my visit! This was so unexpectedly sweet, that it leaves you speechless!:) I have never seen such a great service before!
I know that the service experience is a work of a team. But in my opinion, Service Advisor plays the most important role - he is the face of the whole Subaru Company before the client. Troy Corriere is the perfect example of an exceptional Subaru Service Advisor. I think he should be mentoring other employees how to give a perfect ‘Subaru time’ to the guest!:) I am sure any client would like to feel like a dearest guest coming to the simple oil change ¿
I just want to sincerely THANK Mr. Troy Corriere for the TRULY EXCEPTIONAL service!
Best,
Olga F., loyal Subaru owner :)

Best car for everyday driving in the PNW

The best example of why I love this car: passing all the stuck in the snow giant four wheel drive trucks in the parking lot at work to easily park and leave as well. Bravo Subaru
Where do I begin?! This being my first time ever purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet 😅). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! 👏🏻 Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Thanks again Cassandra Crawford! You're the best! Tell her Nathan sent you! 😉

A terrific combination

This car is perfect for me. It combines comfort, reliability, styling and exceptional performance on all types of roads. I have the Touring turbo model which is very quick off the line and hustles down the road easily when prodded. Combine all of that with the practicality of an SUV and you can understand why I am in love with it. I prefer to drive it over my other car (which I also love), a 3 series BMW, because it is as quick but much more versatile.
I was able to get in next day service (awesome) on a 30k mile service on my 2016 Subaru Forester. Tons of available times to choose from, which is rare with other service departments.
Josh was awesome. Went through my service history, explained what needed to be done thoroughly, and was spot on with the wait time estimate. I even asked him "is it REALLY going to be 2 hours? Or is it going to be more like 3?" He said no, his estimates are usually spot on, and what do you know, he was right.
Just 4 stars for the small waiting area, but it can't be helped. There's free wifi, popcorn and coffee, and terrible TMZ on TV to entertain the masses.

I loved the look of the Forester. I also liked the way it drove. I had to not get the Forester because when you fold down the back seats there is about a six inch hump . This as going to cause problems hauling items. There was also a good bit of space between the front seat and the folded down seats even if you moved the front seats all the way back.
Amazing service! Want to thank Jon Grande for going above and beyond well helping me choose the rite car for me and my family. He was extremely patient with me while I couldn’t decided what car I wanted. In the end I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into anything I wasn’t going to be happy with. Jon Grande was beyond helpful throughout the whole process.

Replaced a 2002 BMW I bought new and loved until the last day I drove it in 2018. Now I look forward to every chance I get to drive my Forester. My dogs do too.
I consider myself lucky to be talking and dealing with Josh Pourkhorsand ; because couple days earlier I called and salesman on the phone did not seem too helpful and acted as if my sales was not important. This was back in February (Presidents day weekend). I took a chance to request quote from their online service on the same truck and I was put in contact with Josh. I went to Stevens Creek Toyota to see and test drive used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The truck had little scratch and the bed liner had scratches and you could tell it was used to haul rocks. Talking to Josh regarding used trucks and features he asked me if I have considered NEW truck. I told him that I have not and probably will not. Price is just too high. He took his time and gave me my options, comparing features and also showed me the difference of used and new Tacoma. I ended up going with the NEW Tacoma. I had to order and wait 3 months because the color I wanted was not available at the time. He kept in touch with me for any questions or concerns while my truck was getting build/manufactured. I even tried to see if other dealers can beat their price and none could. My truck got delivered yesterday (05/11/18) and I went in test drove it and having them add two more accessories. Just got a text earlier today; from their service manager that truck is ready for pickup. Will be picking the truck in next couple of days. Josh even offered to pick me up from the train station when I go to pick up my truck. Even after the sale we were still talking. Usually salesperson don???t want to waste their time once they have your sale. Please see and give Josh a chance if you are reading this and are in the market for purchasing car. He is honest, kind and loves helping people. I felt really comfortable dealing with him. Sunil Singh the finance/DMV processing person was super knowledgeable, nice and kind person. He has been working at Stevens Creek Toyota for over 17 years and understands the financing, protection and to my surprise about my truck as if was the salesman. He broke down the numbers and explained me thoroughly regarding maintenance and protection. He will lay it out for you and leave it up to you to make decisions. Not pushy at all. Answered all my questions as well. He even went outside me after the paperwork was done because I brought up a question regarding wheels. I was in car financing business and Sunil totally went above my expectation. Made my day. Josh Pourkhorsand (Fleet and internet sales manager) and Sunil Singh (Finance/DMV) are the best combo to have when purchasing vehicle.

Passenger airbag problem. Took over three months to get part. I have test driven 2019 and like this model much better.
Just right size now hat I’m no driving a van. Touring model is great. Love the brown leather.
This cat is great for a small family. It gets great mileage, has ample cargo room and is comfortable even on long trips. I've been most impressed with the handling and performance this winter on snow and ice. It crawls through snow and and ice without any trouble.
Had problems with exhaust filter was from out of town took me in and fixed it when Chevrolet wouldnt thx for the great service five stars in my book thx mr Gonzales and crew

Senior driver

I've always wanted a Forester - for years! - but when Consumer Reports said this was the best car for senior drivers, I bought one. I got the 2018 model because it was almost the same as the current year, but it's a splendidly equipped car. I love driving it and love all the safety features. The visibility is terrific. It's a certified pre-owned car, so it's almost as good as new.
I'm a little concerned that a short driver like myself will feel some shoulder fatigue on longer trips - the armrest between the front seats isn't long enough or high enough for short drivers, and isn't sufficiently adjustable. So there's nowhere to rest my forearms comfortably. But that's really the only thing.
I chose this vehicle after reading many reviews and comparisons to similar SUVs. I needed the adjustable seat and heated seat features and they are great. The ride is good and visibility is good, all important to me here in upstate New York winters.
Reliable, attractive, durable, safe, comfortable, all weather, slick design. All my cars have been from the Subaru family and all of my family has owned Subaru’s
