Outstanding Service Department

I had my car in for engine light issues pertaining to reduced engine power. I had taken my car elsewhere, was $109.00 for diagnostics and they weren't really sure what the problem was. The dealership was able to diagnose the problem. Relayed their findings explaining the cause and actions necessary to correct it.
Tyler Throckmorton was my service rep, he was courteous, helpful and was upset that I had been charged for the diagnostic with no resolution offered by the other company. I am an older person with limited income and he went out of his way trying to minimize the expense for me. He alerted me I will be needing a brake job in the near future As soon as I recover from this expense I will be taking my car to your dealership, for the brakes. .
Once again the service provided was exceptional
