And the service department is always friendly and helpful, even when I don't have an appointment, which is most of the time! Can't recommend them enough.
Dallas was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the start, to the whole purchase experience. He heard what I was looking for in a vehicle and matched me with the perfect car and something that was in my budget. The entire dealership was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. Last, but not least, Mazda's are excellent cars, and I'm extremely happy with my choice to come in and purchase from this company of cars!

I have spent all my life hearing the horror stories about car dealerships and the sales people. So when my wife and I finally go to the point in our lives that we could buy our first new car, we were expecting the worst. We went to 7 dealerships and tried 8 different models of cars. I can tell you that stepping into the Temecula Subaru dealership was completely different than all others.
We were greeted by Ronnie Robinson who has been one of the most down to earth people that I have meet at any dealership. He listened to our plans and time frame for when we wanted to purchase a car. There was zero pressure to do any type of upgrade or look at this other model over here kind of thing. Ronnie answered all our questions and gave us the same level of customer service on our 4 return visits to the dealership. In the end he suggested we order one from the factory that way we could get the color and all the options we wanted. We were given the same price as if we had picked one off the lot. We just had to wait a bit, which was fine for us because it fell into our timeline. I can say that the whole experience has been one of the easiest and least stressful purchases I have ever made.
Ronnie stuck to every offer he made to us over those 4 trips to the dealership. When it came time of do the financing something was left out. Ronnie stepped up and the contract was rewritten then and there to honor what was offered on one of our 4 visits.
I can not stress enough. Make Temecula Subaru the first, middle and last visit when car shopping. You will not be disappointed by the sales and the great deal you will get on any of the models you are looking for.
I am a return customer to Temecula Hine Mazda. Our salesman Dallas was fantastic, I kept his card for 3 years because he treated me so well the first time around. Overall, all the people I dealt with were pleasant and fair. I felt comfortable, not pressured, was educated well of my options. It was in general a very low stress experience - for buying a car!
Gio was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and spent ample time going over all of the CX5 features with me. He stuck with us and made sure we were happy.
