We live about 100 miles from Wenatchee. We bought a 2013 Corvette on the westside in 2013 and then discovered we could get service and/or a new one at Cascade Autocenter in Wenatchee, so we have had all our servicing, including some repair work (warranty) done there. We respected - and liked - all the personnel we encountered and made the decision that if we ever bought another Corvette it would be from them. And that happened on Oct. 6. We bought a 2016 from Jon Goyce - and LOVE it!! We will continue to use this place for all our Vette needs. The personnel are professional and personable, patient and thorough, helpful and accommodating. When we are in Wenatchee, for whatever reasons, we sometimes stop by to say "hi" and tell them how much we appreciate them! Hence, the title of this review.

I was looking for a new vehicle and wanted a luxury SUV. I was excited about the new Ascent, but had never owned a Subaru before, so was uncertain of what to expect from the brand. I researched for over a year, and since Cascade Auto is closest to where I live, they bore the brunt of my questions. Once I decided to buy, and the vehicle was actually ready for dealer distribution, I went to Cascade Auto and met with Mr. Tony Omlin. Mr. Omlin was fantastic from beginning to end. He was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeking out Tony for your purchase. Even the finance section and dealership manager were extremely nice people. As long as you know you can NEVER buy a vehicle in a short period of time, and that every dealership will try to up-sell you on something, you will have a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about Mr. Omlin and the Cascade Auto dealership!

We just stopped by to pick up our recently repaired Subaru and thought "why not" look at the new ones before we head home. Our salesman Taylor Solem met us in the parking lot as we browsed the inventory. We were just looking, we said. Taylor answered all of our questions and asked a few of his own. There was never any pressure. As our conversation progressed we learned of the current 0% financing offer available. This was the catalyst for our serious consideration of purchasing a new vehicle. There was a little of the expected back and forth to the manager for pricing, trade in value etc. but it was never uncomfortable. When we were transitioned to Ted Kincaid the finance guy it was again a no pressure experience. We made the choices we felt were best for us without the hard-sell tactics that we have experienced else-where. We felt Taylor was very genuine in his conversations with us. All of the sales staff we met or spoke with were friendly and helpful. We would go back.

We called ahead to let the dealership know we were coming 2+ hours away to look at the car. It was right out front ready for us to see when we arrived. The salesperson was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There was no pressure. The purchase process was efficient and we left with a very happy daughter ready to drive off to college in the fall with a new (to her) used Subaru. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. This truck first caught my attention online (Autotrader I believe) because of the price and mileage. Then checking the Carfax I found that Cascade had sold it new and had serviced the truck for the previous owner. It was nice to know that they felt good enough about it to re-sell it rather than auction it. I checked on your website for more info and filled the form to see if it was still available. We got a prompt response and made an appoinment to see the truck. That Saturday we drove in and met Carlos, test drove the truck, and bought it. Carlos didn't attempt any pressure sales tactics and would as quickly as he could answer any questions about the truck. There wasn't any hassle about repairing the outside mirrors that didn't work, which were fixed by the time we picked it up on the next Friday. We came prequalified with our credit union but Mark took the time to find financing that better suited our needs. Thanks Carlos and Mark!!

From a web search I located a pre-owned Chevrolet pickup truck at Cascade Autocenter. I live 4 hours from their location and contacted them via email to determine if the vehicle was still available. Ariana Mendoza from the Customer Care Center contacted me and indicated that the vehicle was available and connected me with Paul Jarolimek in Sales. Paul worked with me by providing detailed answers to my questions along with maintenance records and additional photos via email. Paul put me in contact with Ted Kincaid of the Finance Department who worked with me on finance options, licensing and taxes to determine my final cost prior to delivery. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Paul who came in on his day off. I test dove the vehicle and it was everything I expected, there were no surprises. There were no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys and total honesty on the condition of the vehicle. Justin put in so much effort for us when we purchased both our cars. The first we did everything over the phone and he even delivered the car to me and live an hour away. On our recent purchase of a 2016 Subaru Forester we talked over the phone and when we got there 15 min before closing he had the two cars we where looking at waiting for us. We chose the one we liked and took it home for the night for a test drive. The next day we came in to finish up cause the wife liked it so much. We traded in our other truck and he did everything possible to keep us in our price range. He fought for a couple hours getting us what we wanted. And in the end we where very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend Justin and cascade auto center to everyone I know.
