Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
We loved our 2018 subaru crosstrek. I've been researching about this car for days since I wanted my wife to have a safe car that can also do light off-roading with my fj cruiser ,and I'm really impressed on the safety features equipped in the car. On my lunch break, I stopped at a gas station on Atlantic to put air in my tires. The machine was out of order, but the gas station failed to put up a sign indicating this. The machine actually took air OUT of my tires leaving me with 16 and 25 on tires that are supposed to be filled to 36. I thought I was going to faint I was so upset. I saw the Subaru dealership across the street and drove there carefully praying they could help me. I drive a Jeep and I am not a customer of theirs-they had no reason to assist me. When I pulled up and explained my situation, Jennifer M. was so kind and sweet and said that yes, they could absolutely help me. She directed me to the guest area and within 10 minutes, I had my Jeep back and my tires perfectly filled. I am so grateful and impressed with their customer service. Far better than the desultory customer service I receive at the Jeep Dodge dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. Jennifer was my savior today and I appreciate the kind and professional attitude that was given to me.
Nando was great, friendly and helpful getting my mother in law into anew forester. We appreciated his patience in pulling all of the choices up front so she could pick a color. Fast and easy process for us.

Subaru of Jax lived up to its top-notch reputation in my dealings with them. I got to see a number of autos with a range of options packages. They also gave me a really good deal on my trade-in. Best Service Department and Customer Service I've had in many years. The people are very nice, the dealership is clean and comfortable if you're waiting on your vehicle. Needless to say, the Subaru cars are amazing. I'll always have a Subaru.

The service was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and experienced. But the explanation of all the extras of the car was not very good. Had to come back to have more explanation and I still don't have my manual. asked for it twice and haven't heard back yet. they had to order one. the only negative things are. cup holders are not good. too shallow, everything falls out when you take a corner and spills drinks. No door opener unless you dig for your keys every time. Very annoying. Should be standard by now in all new cars. also the trunk corners are too high. every time you look over your shoulder it gives you the impression there is a car in your dead corner.
Made an appointment, when I arrived a representative was there to greet me and processed me in. She explained everything they were going to check and do. Then escorted me to the lounge. Very pleased with entire process.
Morris was friendly, very knowledgeable, very easy to work with. This car buying experience was the easiest I've ever had and it was the fastest. I would buy again from this dealership tomorrow.
