I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

The dealership was super busy at the time but he did his best with making sure we still got the attention we needed. At the end of the day I financed my first "new new" car. And I'm pleased! Makeena was absolutely amazing to our family. Our family’s conflicting schedules make it hard to shop for cars together, so our time was quite limited. When we showed up with 35 minutes left till close, she was very busy and still took the time to acknowledge us with a very welcoming smile. We were a little hesitant about Auto Boutique since we hadn’t heard of them, but the selection and Makeena made us want to return over the weekend. We had a couple cars that we considered looking at elsewhere, but Makeena’s willingness to stand in the rain with us, and patience as we rejected multiple cars made us want to continue to work with her and see to that she got the sale, because her attitude earned our business. I probably won’t trade in another car here as I really believe the appraisers could have put more money into the trade, but we accepted the deal with no regrets. Contacted back within an hour, but no pictures of the vehicle I'm looking at

Liked the salesman, car was fairly priced, dealer fee was very reasonable, they didn’t try to sell me a lot of unnecessary extras. We found 2 defects during our test drive 1 small and 1 big(a/c not working). They agreed to fix both and kept their word.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Car was exactly what I was looking for and price was right. One star taken away because only one key was supplied. Did not find out about this until I had given the dealer my cashier's check. Cost me $150 to get a second key made, effectively raising the price of the car. I will definitely ask about that before buying any used car in future.

My wife and I weren’t anticipating on coming to this dealer to look for a car but plans changed last minute and we were glad they did. Mark West assisted us in picking the perfect car that fit all our needs and checked our boxes. We spent several hours there going through different cars and he pulled paperwork and worked on prices for some of the cars we appreciated the commitment and help he offered.
