I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.
My sales advisor, Bruno Reichert, was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a sales advisor that knows so much about cars, all makes. And he has worked there for a long time. I know he’ll be there whenever I have questions.
No problems whatsoever. Transaction went smoothly.

I bought a car from this dealer sight unseen. They told me everything I needed to know, checked everything on the car for me, and had it delivered to my door. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We recently purchased a Volkswagen from Sonic dealership. After 3 weeks into it there was a smell coming from the engine. Turns out we had to have the oil cap replaced. Not really a big deal but I was surprised to find out I had to pay $30 for a new oil cap on a car that I owned for less than 3 weeks.
My car was shaking and losing power. I went to Nissan and they did a diagnostic. They then told me that I needed a tune up and brakes. They completed the service by lunchtime and I was on my way. Great service!
