Decent Experience, but Transparency Needs Work I recently purchased a vehicle here and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the dealership has some decent deals, and the staff—especially the car salesmen and finance department—were friendly and helpful throughout the process. A special shoutout to Clint Calhoun for making the sale mostly seamless and professional. The individual team members are truly great to work with. However, like most traditional dealerships, there was quite a bit of back-and-forth in the pricing negotiations. Personally, this part always feels like a waste of time and makes me lean more toward turn-key operations like CarMax or Carvana in the future. One major issue I encountered was with the pricing listed online. The vehicle I was interested in was advertised at one price, but once I got to the dealership, the price had jumped $2,800 higher. I was told this was due to "vehicle maintenance fees" added after the car arrived on-site. Honestly, this felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. It nearly caused me to walk away from the deal entirely. I believe most buyers—myself included—value transparency, and clear pricing builds trust. The final price we negotiated seemed fair in the end, but not the "great deal" I was led to believe from the online listing. I’ve had no issues with the car so far, and that’s a relief. That said, I did come across some harsh Google reviews after my purchase, and had I seen them beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have visited. I might return in the future, but only if there's upfront honesty about pricing before I step foot on the lot. Whether it’s an online glitch or internal policy—this pricing discrepancy is a major red flag.

Waiting and will update on recommending the dealership. The buying process was what I expected. I had some challenges so I knew I would not be in and out real quick. The vehicle was priced well and in great condition. I have no problem with the sale portion of my experience. The My sales person was great. I will say the follow up after the sale is not good. I was supposed to get a check from them after purchase. I told them I needed it buy a certain time and was told no problem. It did not arrive by that time and I had to keep following up to see where it was in the process. They need to tuck in the back floor board carpeting of my van. I called and was told the shop would contact me to schedule it. I still have not heard from them to fix that. I had a service appointment at 8:00am it is now almost 10:30 and my car is still in service. This is for a routine oil change. My plates came in and my wife asked the service department if they could put on the front license plate. They told us we would have to buy the bracket to put it on. It is a state law in Texas to have a front LP they should be buying the bracket and mounting it. I was in the car industry for 4 years was an asst manager and ran a service department so I do not think that any of my expectations are unreasonable. I worked at 4 different dealerships and they all covered front LP brackets and our oil change services was around 30 -45 minutes when you had an appointment. DO BETTER!
