Very professional and service was great Took my truck for

Very professional and service was great Took my truck for open safety recall. They said it will take 3 hours to complete the work and after 1 hour and 30 minutes they called me to let me know that the truck is ready .

Jamaal made this process quick and painless. he was very attentive, explained everything in detail and wasn’t the typical pushy salesperson! Chad in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with! I have 2 family members in the market for a new Jeep and I will recommend Dallas Dodge for sure!

Sat in a waiting room no longer than 1 hour and 30 min. Due to the waiting line that was fast. Dealership brought up a few things that needs service to keep my car in tip top running condition.

Horrible communication from managers and Vilma, she was disrespectful and took no accountability for the misinformation she provided also left while i was still there went to ask her a question and was gone, had to replace her with Richard and he was clutch thru the rest of my process.

To be completely honest, keeping it 💯, I was already

To be completely honest, keeping it 💯, I was already running late leaving the house in the a.m. and noticed my phone didn’t charge over night, I got up later than usual, forgot to brush my hair, and forgot to get me my coffee from 711. But lucky thanks to the ppl up in here, greeting me jumping out the truck, noticing I’m quite a mess, letting me know not to worry and they’ll take care of me while I go sit down and wait! Man, they got coffee, water, a bunch of chargers up in there, and very comfy chairs! No lie, I xxxx near didn’t go back to work, it was nice up in this place! Too bad I gotta get back to work with my bosses truck! Quite, peaceful, and well mannered employees! Next thing I know, George your truck is ready! Man, I can’t wait for my bosses next oil change, and tires rotation! Great job guys, ya’ll keep up the hard work!
