Great customer service.

Great customer service. I was at the dealership spoke with my Service Advisor Salvador Sosa very professional fto have my car emission inspection. It was quick service very pleased I highly recommend Dallas Chrysler Dodge!

It took longer than I anticipated however the repairs

It took longer than I anticipated however the repairs were more extensive than originally anticipated. With that in mind , I am satisfied with the overall service.

I took in my 2018 Wrangler that is having intermittent

I took in my 2018 Wrangler that is having intermittent power steering failure. The dealership kept it for four days and then gave it back to me with no work done on it and said they couldn’t replicate the problem. I asked what I should do I both my local mechanic and the dealership has no idea what to do about it and the dealership provided no help or suggestions. They were completely clueless about this very serious problem.

I have found Dallas Dodge Jeep Ram to be the best Jeep

I have found Dallas Dodge Jeep Ram to be the best Jeep dealership for both technical and customer service. I loved to the Dallas metro 1.) yrs ago and tried two other dealerships. While this location is not the closest to me, it’s worth the drive. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgable. If you have to wait, there is a clean and spacious waiting area. I especially appreciate the coupons offered on their website that they always honor.

Two hours for an oil change that’s too long and it’s ridiculous it’s a lot of waiting.

Good morning Rodolfo Maltez. Thank you for your feedback on your service visit this past Saturday, May 3,2025. We are so glad you chose Dallas Dodge for your service needs. Our records show you were one of the first of many customers as we opened at 7am, and the first client to be written up Saturday morning. An oil change, topping off all fluids and complimentary multi-point inspection was performed on your vehicle. Your repair was written at 7:01am and the tech completed the work at 7:53am. As you may recall, we had a nationwide network outage at our dealership Saturday morning that lasted about 30 minutes. The outage briefly restricted us from being able to finalize Repair Orders, print final paperwork, and check clients out and obtain their final signature, as required by warranty and maintenance contracts, such as yours. We apologize for the delay in your service that was beyond our control. Normally, an oil change service for your vehicle typically can be completed in less than hour, like your first oil change service back in September. I hope you can forgive us for this delay in your service, and that you will give us the opportunity to continue to provide excellent service on your next visit.
