Disappointed didn't rotate my tires when asked and the

Disappointed didn't rotate my tires when asked and the technician didn't try after asked to do it a second time. We had to bring truck back for rotation after speaking with a manager. We paid for service and not treated as valued customers. For this to be a dealership and what I ask for not to be done, very disappointing!!!

Thank you for sharing, Dallas Dodge loves our customer feedback so may improve customer experience. Aftermarket accessories or modifications to vehicle that are non - manufacture components delay, or we are unable to perform maintenance request etc. Aftermarket lug nuts are not standard, can cause damage to the part without the proper aftermarket tool for the modifications added, not standard specifications. When we took the truck back to the dealership the next day they rotated the tires, as they should have done the first time, because again, my wheels do not require a different aftermarket tool to remove, as they saw when we took it back.

Ms. Velma was awesome; provided outstanding customer service. listen to what I was saying, and made me feel comfortable that she will keep me notified upfront regarding additional issues if need for my car. Provided directions to the ladies room, waiting room or if I needed a Lyft; offered coffee and water.

Paid $4,700 for a repair, they kept my vehicle for 2

Paid $4,700 for a repair, they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks. Called and told me my vehicle was fixed, and same day vehicle has the same issue.
