Good personalized service for repairs.

Good personalized service for repairs. Overall very good customer treatment. Only negative is labor rate to change an air filter is the the same as the most complex repair prcedure.

The staff was very relaxed and did not pressure me into buying. I knew kind of what I wanted and Logan helped me make the right choice for me. Their financial person and Logan both went above and beyond.

Michael did a terrific job helping to diagnose my

Michael did a terrific job helping to diagnose my situation and worked with the tech to complete the repairs. The tech sent a video clip of the areas that needed repair - a picture is worth a thousand words. Michael gave timely updates both via text and phone on the status and completion of the work. Just picked up the car and all work on the service order was completed. As it had rained overnight, Michael took the time to run through the car wash a second time. Overall, a great service experience. Keith

We had one of the easiest buying experiences at Lupient

We had one of the easiest buying experiences at Lupient Infinity when we purchased a 2021 Ranger Pickup. Cianna, our sales representative, was really nice, an excellent listener and answered our questions with no pressure or flim-flummery one so often associates with buying a vehicle. We recommend our experience with this dealer. The truck is excellent and their lifetime power train warranty was a great bonus.

Where you have your Infiniti serviced really matters.

Where you have your Infiniti serviced really matters. Thank you to the pros in the Lupient Service Dept. I bought my brand new 2003 FX45 from Lupient Infiniti and have had it serviced at the dealership ever since. The customer service I receive is outstanding. I get treated like royalty every time I drive in and the quality of service seems to get better every time. Moe and Michael go above and beyond the call to take good care of my car. The odometer is now at 526k miles and it still runs like new. I'm very pleased. Tim
