Outstanding service

I currently own a 2021 gmc AT4. I love this truck but it?s spend months at the dealership for various issues. In all honesty if it wasn?t for the exceptional service in the service center at Jim Hudson I would of went to a different brand. It?s not the problems with the products that define a brand, more so it?s the way it?s solved and service received. Jim Hudson service center has been outstanding in the area. From all the service advisors right up to beaver they all are great people and always do what they can to make it right.

Peters Farms new Bull calf "Furnan"!

We looked within 1000 mile radius of our farm for a GMC diesel Denali Canyon in just the right colors. As soon as we saw your Canyon....we knew it was the truck for us. The first and only question was "What do we need to do to buy the truck". We were put immediately through to Heather and began an instant relationship with her. Just as if she was a member of our family and we were of hers. Within a few days, we were on the airplane from Michigan to South Carolina to pick up our Canyon...Happy Happy customers. So fortunate to have met Heather, Furnan Erwin, Jade and the young man in service that took care of the bed cover and fueling up. Money well spent for a quality truck and people much appreciated for exceeding our expectations 👌Tell Furnan....our new Bull calf will be named in honor of him.🐂 🤗🤗

Impeccable Service!

My car was serviced at Jim Hudson Cadillac on December 13, 2021. Mr. Tyrone Goodwin was my Service Technician and was indeed very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He informed me periodically during the visit of the status of my vehicle. He was extremely professional, consequently, I felt valued as a customer.

Poor Customer Service

It took 3 days for an Oil change, Rotate/balance tires, and diagnostic test. No communication from the technician at all I had to call him Flynn. Poor customer Service

Customer service

Horrible customer service, period. Left 5 messages for service manager and one for general manager. Not until I left a message with the owner of the dealership did I get a return call.

New car repair issues.

Bad customer service. Bought a new car . The front light stopped working. Called to get it fixed and was treated rudely. They wouldn't let me speak to the owner.

Terrible customer service by staff Nicole. She was very rude and didn't listen to what I was saying pertaining to the service that I was trying to schedule.

Saved my elderly parents on a road trip!!

My 85 yr old parents' GMC broke down on their way from NC to Miami. Service advisor Frank took complete responsibility and got them back safely. The customer service was beyond any I've ever seen. My parents felt comfortable and safe in their establishment and were treated with kindness and respect. Wishing this buisiness many years of success!
